  1. That one was pretty good, but I also enjoyed the discussions (part of the same year-end round-up) with Lauren Southern and Scott Adams.

  2. As someone who also grew-up poor … I would say lower middle class, wherein my alcoholic father could never keep a job. And savings ? What’s that ? My father “borrowed” from my paper route collections to pay the rent. I appreciate and identify with the backgrounds and success of these gentlemen. My personal struggles have made me what I am. Self-made (with some crucial intervention by a beneficent God). I focused my life on creating what was destroyed in my own life … a loving, stable, intact, family. And I didn’t achieve this by “virtue signaling” my way thru life. No … more like a long distance runner … one foot in front of the other … heading always in the direction of the finish line. Sweating, heart pounding, plodding. Hardly a sprint. And while I took care of the things my children needed, that I never had given to me … such as a debt-free college degree … I never coddled my kids in accordance with Dr. Spock. So they have become hard working, successful, conservative, and GOOD people. Loving, compassionate, and steadfast.
My wish for these two, is to enjoy their Christmas break, to enjoy their families, and to recharge their batteries for 2017

  3. Yeah, the interview with Scott Adams was very good, especially the discussion about Trump’s leadership style creating infectious optimism with Americans and American business. By contrast, what passes for ‘leadership’ in Canukstan, mostly want to punish us for a 2% contribution to the trace gas that makes plants grow. They want us to believe that burning Canadian oil makes the weather change. They also want us to believe that we should buy wind turbines and solar panels from factories in China that spew toxic pollution across the land, water and into the air. That sort of pessimistic nihilism from the PMO will severely hobble the Canadian economy.

  4. This year I have dropped the mainstream republican rags and now Breitbart and Drudge are my first go-to places for news (with regional exceptions) and get a lot more opinion from youtube sites such as Watson’s and Molyneux’s.
Molyneus’s is also informative, I strongly recommend his program on Aristotle.
BTW My local village vicar’s name was Molyneux, any relationship?

  5. I very much enjoyed listening to them. I’ve heard Watson before and am glad to know that there is going to be a backlash against the decadence that is Hollywood and the entertainment world in general.
Never thought I’d have reason to say it but “God protect the President elect”.

  6. You nailed it Robert.
Mainstream news is long dead to me.
Free domain radio gets my money and my time.
I’ve learned so much there from Stefan, Mike and their guests.
Aristotle, fall of Rome, the Truth About series, etc.
    Fantastic stuff.
Drudge and breitbart suffice for news.
Real clear politics videos for the odd bit of hair pulling.
    SDA for some Candianna.
Cernovich, Milo, PJW, Scott Adams, coulter, tucker carlson for insight and entertainment.
Rush on the radio. He’s the only one left on my dial after this past year.
Glad I cut the cable over 5 years ago.
I’d engage more her at SDA – been coming here since election 2004.
But the comments section could use an upgrade to something like Discus with image option.
    Love live the meme wars!

  7. Never give up Paul. We are in grave danger both from governments that don’t listen or care about their citizens’ well-being and freedom, and from without in the form of Islamic terrorism. Truly, the sensible thing to do right off the bat, is to completely end any additional immigration of muslims to western countries. Then, the government must have special powers with respect to how they deal with terrorism and terrorists. What is the difference between regular old “crime” and “terrorism”? I would say that the primary difference is that “crime” is simply some person or persons doing something illegal because they are morally off compass and are unsuccessful at resolving problems otherwise and therefore go off on a direction that breaks the law and makes them liable to prosecution, should they be caught. Terrorism on the other hand is also criminal, but has the added characteristic of being ideologically driven, and served by the destruction of entire societies’ ways of life and freedom, generally by a force or ideology that is alien to that society. Governments must have the power to pick these pricks up and hold them and either execute or deport them, no questions asked.
