  2. How can anyone doubt the organization of such protest? It happened in 2008 and 2012. Progressives are very good at trying to co-op conservative effort. Faced with the reality of a Trump POTUS they must now try to minimalize his effectiveness. Combine that with the radical left who would like nothing less than shooting in the streets and you have what you see.
    Progressives are faced not just a fading of their political agenda but many now face a loss or significant downgrading of their incomes. As Liebels line up at the trough in Ottawa their kin are getting pink slips in Washington. The bigger issue will be whether Trump and his team have the ability to identify progressive forces who will try and retain their positions or infiltrate positions of influence. The Canadian equivalents were very successful with the CPC.

  3. We all realize that these protests are far from “spontaneous”. They are well-organized and well-funded by the usual collection of affluent socialists who have no trouble enlisting professional troublemakers who, in turn, have no trouble rounding up miscreants who wouldn’t miss the opportunity to vandalize, steal, throw stuff at cops and just stir up shit.
    It’s the ordinary citizens that sit slack-jawed, being fed a steady diet of the “narrative” while watching CNN, MSNBC and, of course, CBC that have to come to the realization that something is definitely rotten in Denmark. How many of these viewers even recognize the name George Soros much less know the extent of anarchy that his billions can purchase?

  5. While I am quite prepared to believe these “protests” are astroturfed, this video simply is not evidence. Why” Because it doesn’t show identifiable rioters boarding or alighting from the buses. These might simply be commuter buses bringing workers or shoppers from nearby Wisconsin into Chicago, for the day, every week day, as they have done for years. And how far from the scene of the rioting is the bus staging area?
    There’s a video showing dozens of idle buses. No evidence at all of who did, or didn’t ride on them. Those buses wouldn’t even exist if they didn’t have a regular clientele to ride them.
    It wouldn’t be all that hard to follow the buses, and watch as they pick up and discharge passengers. Why didn’t this “video detective” do that?

  10. Anytime someone talks about “spontaneous” protests, especially when there’s rioting, I ask them how many Molotov cocktails they see lying around in the streets when they go shopping. Then I ask them how long it would take and how many steps they’d have to go through in order to start making from scratch, right now, a Molotov cocktail. They invariably try to run from the question because the answer is obvious. If there’s a Molotov cocktail involved, there was absolutely nothing spontaneous about the act.

  11. The video doesn’t prove anything, as Concerned and gordinkneehill have pointed out. However, as we have seen from the Project Veritas videos, the violence at Trump rallies was largely fomented by people paid by the Democrats. Whether these are volunteers or paid rioters, this is more undemocratic intimidation by the people ironically named Democrats.
    On another note, the term “Trump riots”, which is all over the internet and the media, is a travesty. If Trump had lost and there had been violence in the streets would they have been called “Clinton riots”?
    I don’t count on much good coming from the presidency of a billionaire with an inflated ego. I hope I’m wrong about that and that it won’t mean disaster for the USA. The good news though, and I’ve had a few hearty laughs since it happened, is that Hillary Clinton will never be President!

  13. I am not doubting there is paid agitators – it’s just a lineup of buses doesn’t prove they were transporting protesters. You know like people getting off them shouting impeach Trump or carrying protest signs. I have been on a bus and there was a whole lineup of them – suppliers were taking us to a trade show.I don’t want to share this and look like an idiot.

  14. Sorry posted this in the wrong thread so I’m re-inserting it here, and I’m in full agreement with Steakman
    Something I’ve believed for a great many years is that Democrats are more akin to the National Socialist German Workers Party than they are to any other political entity. It is now evident to anyone with a reasonable amount of cognitive ability to look back at the history of Germany after the First World War and see the similarities with the rise of the NAZI party and the behavior of today’s Democratic organizations. The pattern is almost identical with the exception of the speed of the process. Hitler tried to implement his ideas through a, for want of a better word, a calendar scheduled “forced” agenda. Today’s Democrats have adopted a more sinister agenda, a slowly implemented program of creeping incrementalism. This incrementalism began back in the Fifties and has been slowly instituting the beliefs of the NAZI party into our society. With the latest referendum of Brexit and the election of Trump we may have reached a point where the general public is starting to finally realize where the Democrats have been leading us. I can only hope that the “Awakening” continues.

    We know damned well, from the work of Ezra and Vivian Krause in Canada, how well organized these protests are.Only the terminally naive or fellow travellers of the rioters would believe the msm narrative.
    Yesterday on CBC they spent most of their half hour broadcast focusing on these “spontaneous” riots,and the CBC talking sh**heads were very much in sympathy with them.
    I’m surprised and shocked Prez Obama hasn’t called for calm as he did after every Muslim terrorist attack in America, and if I have to use the “sarc” thing……
    F***ing Kenyan Muslim approves wholeheartedly.

    The worst president in the history of the United States. Why does he not publicly appeal to all Americans, specifically the so-called protesters, tell them to smarten up and respect the democratic process? Whether or not it would deter the hooligans-for-hire would have to be seen but, at the very least, it would remove any credibility they now have. This simple action during his last days in office would do wonders toward garnering more respect from the average American and people in general and would no doubt bolster his pathetic legacy somewhat.
    Maybe Don Morris is correct. Obama is just sitting back enjoying the whole shit show. Hopefully history will not treat his inaction kindly.

    I’m not surprised at this. While I was at UBC many years ago, I got the sense that Vancouverites were never satisfied with anything. Many of the ones I knew would protest in favour of rain if the sun was shining and the other way around.

  24. sure thing, not proof of anything. the people on them could have been going to a baseball game, oops, baseball is over. protesters are being paid up to 1500 bucks. the buses are for the organized protesters, most of whom did not even vote in the election and do not live where they are protesting.
