  1. If you think TRUMP is down and out, think again, Scott Adams of DILBERT fame draws his own thoughts on his blog. This campaign is about to go nuclear, Trump’s silence is deafening, maybe tomorrow’s debate will turn out to be the slugfest that Round One didn’t turn out to be.
    http://blog.dilbert.com/post/151504993671/why-does-this-happen-on-my-vacation-the-trump
    1. If this were anyone else, the election would be over. But keep in mind that Trump doesn’t need to outrun the bear. He only needs to outrun his camping buddy. There is still plenty of time for him to dismantle Clinton. If you think things are interesting now, just wait. There is lots more entertainment coming.
    2. This was not a Trump leak. No one would invite this sort of problem into a marriage.
    3. I assume that publication of this recording was okayed by the Clinton campaign. And if not, the public will assume so anyway. That opens the door for Trump to attack in a proportionate way. No more mister-nice-guy. Gloves are off. Nothing is out of bounds. It is fair to assume that Bill and Hillary are about to experience the worst weeks of their lives.
    4. If nothing new happens between now and election day, Clinton wins. The odds of nothing new happening in that timeframe is exactly zero.
    5. I assume that 75% of male heads of state, including our own past presidents, are total dogs in their private lives. Like it or not, Trump is normal in that world.
    6. As fictional mob boss Tony Soprano once said in an argument with his wife, “You knew what you were getting when you married me!” Likewise, Trump’s third wife, Melania, knew what she was getting. It would be naive to assume Trump violated their understanding.
    7. Another rich, famous, tall, handsome married guy once told me that he can literally make-out and get handsy with any woman he wants, whether she is married or not, and she will be happy about it. I doubted his ridiculous claims until I witnessed it three separate times. So don’t assume the women were unwilling. (Has anyone come forward to complain about Trump?)
    8. If the LGBTQ community wants to be a bit more inclusive, I don’t see why “polyamorous alpha male serial kisser” can’t be on the list. If you want to label Trump’s sexual behavior “abnormal” you’re on shaky ground.
    9. Most men don’t talk like Trump. Most women don’t either. But based on my experience, I’m guessing a solid 20% of both genders say and do shockingly offensive things in private. Keep in mind that Billy Bush wasn’t shocked by it.
    10. Most male Hollywood actors support Clinton. Those acting skills will come in handy because starting today they have to play the roles of people who do not talk and act exactly like Trump in private.
    11. I’m adding context to the discussion, not condoning it. Trump is on his own to explain his behavior.
    12. Clinton supporters hated Trump before this latest outrage. Trump supporters already assumed he was like this. Independents probably assumed it too. Before you make assumptions about how this changes the election, see if anyone you know changes their vote because of it. All I have seen so far is people laughing about it.
    12. I hereby change my endorsement from Trump to Gary Johnson, just to get out of the blast zone. Others will be “parking” their vote with Johnson the same way. The “shy Trump supporter” demographic just tripled.
    13. My prediction of a 98% chance of Trump winning stays the same. Clinton just took the fight to Trump’s home field. None of this was a case of clever strategy or persuasion on Trump’s part. But if the new battleground is spousal fidelity, you have to like Trump’s chances.
    14. Trump wasn’t running for Pope. He never claimed moral authority. His proposition has been that he’s an asshole (essentially), but we need an asshole to fight ISIS, ignore lobbyists, and beat up Congress. Does it change anything to have confirmation that he is exactly what you thought he was?

  2. This is the best argument why Hillary is not fit to be president.
Trump’s dirty talk versus Hillary’s corruption
I am absolutely not defending what Trump said eleven years ago, but if bragging about conquests with women were a disqualifier, at least Kennedy and Clinton would never have been president. Hillary should be declared unfit because she lies continuously, committed perjury, has taken kickbacks throughout her public life, tried to destroy women and any other people who got in her way, violated multiple security laws and other laws, and left Americans to die. Other people have been dispensable throughout Hillary’s and Bill’s lives. Basically, everything the Clintons have done is to increase the power and wealth for themselves. They certainly have little thought for the rest of us.

  3. As someone else said: Think Supreme Court Judges.
The two female governors who have declared they will not vote for Trump had better think about the choices they would like to see before they actually go into the voting booth. They know who Clinton will choose.
I never thought Trump was a nice person in the first place, but I had no respect for Kennedy, Johnston or Clinton either.
(Only took four captchas to find one I could read. Someone has stolen the numbers.)

  4. Why is Trump being taken to task for inconsequential things that happened over a decade ago while Clinton’s callous indifference to the fate of four American diplomatic personnel in Benghazi is ignored? Not to mention her musing about shutting down Breitbart and other non-mainstream media.
As for the “captcha”, I find it a bit weird what with two different pictures but I’m 2-for-2 in getting a post in anyway. If I don’t like one (more common now) I can always hit the refresh button (“get a new challenge” it says).

  5. It’s probably nothing. Do make sure to get the maximum flight insurance coverage for flying into.out of U.K. airports!
After a dip in regular bookings, now markets show Jihadi Tourism is booming.
    ———————————————————————————
“UK airport terror fears as ISIS flag ‘found stitched inside baggage handler’s glove’,” by Tom Batchelor, Express, October 8, 2016:
EXCLUSIVE: A BAGGAGE handler at a British airport has been found with an ISIS flag stitched to the inside of their glove, in what is believed to be the first case of its kind in the UK.
The discovery raises the alarming prospect that staff at British airports could be operating as part of a jihadi sleeper cell.
A senior security source confirmed to Express.co.uk the discovery of the glove was “not the only case” and that other radicalised airport workers had been identified at more British airports…

  6. This is what politics has come to….who can find the most dirt on their opponent, who is the purest of them all. Sorry folks, there are no saints among us and certainly none running for political offices. As a woman I am not supremely offended by Trump’s statement the Democrats and all their media minions are showing such feigned disgust over. Smart women and men see through this as desperation politics. If they want to talk disgust and getting the vapors over something they need to harken back to Bill Clinton’s dalliances…he did it, and lied of course, now hie sife’s supporers are out going after somthing Trump said over a decade ago! Talk about pathetic.

  7. While interesting the video is far from complete. The Norman invasion of 1066 and all that:
“The Normans (Norman: Nourmands; French: Normands; Latin: Normanni) were the people who in the 10th and 11th centuries gave their name to Normandy, a region in France. They were descended from Norse (“Norman” comes from “Norseman”[1]) raiders and pirates from Denmark, Iceland and Norway who, under their leader Rollo, agreed to swear fealty to King Charles III of West Francia”

  8. I would doubt Hillary would want to bring up this latest dirt they dug up on Trump in the nest debate, we’ll see just how desperate she is. If she did Trump should be prepared to ask whether what her husband d when sitting as President did and lied about was respectful to women.

  9. I would doubt Hillary would want to bring up this latest dirt they dug up on Trump in the nest debate, we’ll see just how desperate she is. If she did Trump should be prepared to ask whether what her husband d when sitting as President did and lied about was respectful to women.

  10. Those Howard Stern interviews have been circulated and well known for years; they are brought forward at this time to inflict the greatest possible harm to Trump.
IMO Trump’s Republican opponents should have aired these interviews during the nomination process. They knew about them but didn’t want to appear politically incorrect or something.

  11. ‘It’s been our misfortune to have the wrong religion,” Hitler complained to his pet architect Albert Speer. “Why did it have to be Christianity, with its meekness and flabbiness?” Islam was a Männerreligion—a “religion of men”—and hygienic too. The “soldiers of Islam” received a warrior’s heaven, “a real earthly paradise” with “houris” and “wine flowing.” This, Hitler argued, was much more suited to the “Germanic temperament” than the “Jewish filth and priestly twaddle” of Christianity.

“Climate elitists wage war on regular people”
“The elites are laughing at the suffering climate zealotry is causing regular people. Literally. There was no greater sign of the climate elitists’ assault on regular folks than a recent exchange in the House of Commons.
Conservative MP Lisa Raitt stood up in question period Wednesday to tell stories about families she knew who were having trouble paying the bills and were worried about the national carbon tax the Liberals are mandating the provinces to introduce.
She got through one anecdote and decorum seemed to hold. But once she started her second story, before she’d even really gotten into it, the Liberals started to groan and heckle and guffaw at her. Raitt was shocked.
As she should be. It’s just not done.”

  13. Speaking of Hillary and Bill.
Finally, top Democrats want Clinton to step aside and Joe Biden to step in to the presidential candidate slot. Well, we can wish can’t we. Clinton has dozens of serious scandals, even involving deaths of witness and ambassadorial staff and security, but Trump is the one asked to step down because of some pretty typical male locker room banter. When the press is on your side almost everything is ignored.

  14. For that reason, she may not bring up the tape. She will probably keep her attacks general as in “does not respect women”. Actually, I believe the Bush wing of the Republican party may be primarily behind the tapes. They want Trump to resign. I don’t think they care if Hillary gets in. She’s in the “club”. What they may not realize is that in their transparent and vicious attempt to dump Trump, they are alienating a lot of Americans. The Republican Party will be ruined if they do not back off and start playing it straight.

  16. “Actually, I believe the Bush wing of the Republican party may be primarily behind the tapes.”
I agree. At one time I had great respect for Bush senior and Dubya, but over the course of the campaign to pick a ROC candidate I realized that the Bush people are just a part of the establishment and closer to the Democrats than they are too the people.

  17. Someone here Posted US Presidents making non-PC Statements. The lazy Historians are rewriting fact into nonsense… The LBJ phone conversation with his tailor over space in his pants was Edited (no Birdie) beyond belief.. His objectionable behavior was how Birdie (his wife) wanted her toys (his testicles) happy… LBJ didn’t respect his wife…I have never hear any Man that was in a happy Marriage speak about his wife that way….

  18. The Bush family lost a lot of respect on this. Their son Jeb Bush was among those who wanted to win the Republican nomination…he lost, wasn’t even close, Trump won. Does anyone e;se think this is one of the big reason’s the Bush family ae now supporting Democrat Hillary? It is their right to support who they wish but a family which had two Presidents , father and son elected as Republicans are looking like sore losers.

  19. That’s true about LBJ. He was crass beyond belief. Kennedy regularly had prostitutes to the white house. The hypocrisy in going after Donald for some lewd remarks is astonishing. I think the attempt to destroy him may backfire.

  20. http://www.timescolonist.com/business/canada-adds-67-200-jobs-victoria-ties-for-lowest-unemployment-rate-1.2360615
In a blatant example of biased journalism, the headline is a fabrication, the true numbers are depressingly bad, bad, bad.
“Of the new jobs across the country, 44,100 of them were considered part-time work, while 50,100 were self-employed positions — some of which might have been unpaid.”
“..SOME of which might have been unpaid”!
Yet these clowns will make a headline that is favorable to the current federal government, that 67,200 new jobs were created.
    Shameless bastards.

  21. Dilbert is right. The trouble is Trump can’t pull it off and even if he could, there’s no way the demoderators would allow it.
He will have to go nuclear and shut up Hillary by asking her why she didn’t divorce Bill for his maltreatment of women. Then he will have to say he at least presents truth, ugly as it is, to the American people. OTOH, Hillary has serial lied to the American people though she says she always “tried.”
But, this is smoke, not where the fire is, which is the orchestrated take down of a man by establishment melded demediacrats who know nothing of bipartisanship, but who seek to alter the American way of life so it will be unrecognizable from its classical liberal roots.
The US heads towards de facto one party state status. If anyone runs against the progressive brand, they must know their lives will be turned upside down, their every utterance or perceived meaning investigated, then spun into defining you as a bigoted and evil caricature.
I feel a chill running down my political spine. The performance of what’s left of the GOP was pathetic to say the least, as they ran to their Congressional barricades. After Donald is defeated and swept away, the Republican party will be the thing that needs to die imho.
People should be taking a good look at their hard and investible assets. It’s no need to panic, but in the upcoming anti-security and corrupt world of open borders and “free” trade, with American leadership so malleable to extreme positions and tinpot dictators, a good look and re-think may be warranted.
Hillary Clinton will preside over a major US war within two years. That’s what progressivism is all about, inflation and war. It will be at least partly because of a grave error in judgment on her part, whether it be too hawkish or too appeasing; with fatal consequences.
An honest though flawed man like Trump couldn’t stop it. Cruz or Rubio would have been road kill months ago. Maybe it’s that war is inevitable. Will we ever get past that thinking? Where is the “perfect” saviour? The last one that came along got nailed to a tree.

“Prof Wadhams, who is considered a leading expert on Arctic sea ice loss, has recently published a book entitled A Farewell To Ice in which he repeated the assertion that the Arctic would be free of ice in the middle of this decade.
As late as this summer he was still predicting an ice-free September.
Yet when figures were released for the yearly minimum on Sept 10, they showed that there was still 4.14 million sq km of sea ice, which was 21 per cent more than the lowest point in 2012.
For the month of September overall there was 31 per cent more ice than in 2012,…”

  23. In case you think your money is safe and insured.
CIDC. We are funded by premiums paid by our member institutions and do not receive public funds to operate.
According to the CDIC’s 2012 Annual Report, CDIC protects $622 billion CAD in total eligible deposits, and has $2.44 billion CAD in assets to meet insurance claims.[5] This amount represents 0.39% of total eligible deposits. The CDIC is also authorized to borrow up to $19 billion if necessary from the federal government or the financial markets, and may request further funds from Parliament.

  24. I don’t give a hoot how Trump expressed himself … 11 years ago. Is this what the US has descended too? Can he kick arse and get thing done, grab the pussy of opportunity as it were? Or do we have to all be pussies to be bossed around by the modern equivelent of Nero, fiddling while the world burns?

It’s for the children: liberalism’s guilt.
“I thought about years from now when my daughter Kate is old enough to know what is in those tapes and to understand what he is talking about,” New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte said of her 12-year-old daughter during a press conference Sunday. “I want her to know where I stood.””

  27. While the left is yelping about Trump’s conversation and opinion from more than a decade ago, was he running for president at the time or did he have plans for doing so back then?
But, as usual for the left, it’s a case of much ado about nothing.

  29. Agree totally.
There is a similar attempt going on in Canada. By the time Petite de Pomme’s first term is over and the electoral system is rigged up no one to the right of the Liberals will ever be elected as PM again. Just shades of progressive.

  30. Why not? Doing things that way is cheaper and more palatable than a coup d’etat, isn’t it?
