Politico: All told, Trump is approaching, and has possibly already passed, $100 million from donors who have given less than $200, according to an analysis of available Federal Election Commission filings, the campaign’s public statements and people familiar with his fundraising operation. It is a threshold no previous Republican has ever achieved in a single campaign. And Trump has done so less than three months after signing his first email solicitation for donors on June 21 — a staggering speed to collect such a vast sum.
Trump has been seriously underestimated by the Mainstream Media and now they are openly campaigning for Hillary in an all-out effort to reverse Trump’s rising polling numbers. Hillary, on the other hand, seems increasingly clueless as to how to run an effective campaign.
Too bad Red is the Republican’s color because on Nov. 9th the US electoral map will be mostly all Red…I prefer Blue as the color for Right wingers though but hey, I’ll take red for that one!

Impressive, but when the hell is Trump going to start spending the money? I live outside Philly (battleground state Pennsy) and he barely has a presence on TV spots. I’m not giving him a dime until I start seeing some ads.
But you have to remember that what counts is the ground game and Hillary has a good one. If anyone can find it.

They have been campaigning for Hillary all along. It is the first time I can remember that they do not even pretend to be balanced. They give everything Trump says a negative spin — even Canadian journos. But they have undermined themselves, as no one believes them anymore.
Don’t forget that Ted Cruz had a “professional ground game,” too.

I saw CBC last night with a “Teflon DON” theme (a pompous slander of “Teflon Dan”, a former NYC crime boss) The more they think they are SO smart, the dumber their opinions.. Why is the Media losing the fight in the USA, you can’t blame the Media because know one cares what they say or what they read in the NYT….A postmortem of themselves…Every sequence of words said ends with a slander of Trump, why does it not stick.. CBC HATE speech has evolved using bobble head (one minded) guests..
In their minds they think they cannot be balanced, or Trump will win, so have given themselves an excuse to be biased as the NYT has already admitted.
They alienate the people they need to read their newspapers and wonder why they’re failing.
But still Trump gains ground with the debates and damaging email hacks still to come. The LA Times poll which is predictive, has him 7% ahead.
OTOH, over half the respondents think Hillary will win, so lots more work for Trump to do.
Re Hillarys ability to campaign:
An anecdotal story. Years ago when Arthur Ashe was an up and coming tennis player in California, he would complain to his coach that he would be the recipeint of bad calls due to the color of his skin.
A ball that was in would be called out and his opponents out balls would be called in. His coaches advice was to simply hit better shots – so good that they could not be called out.
In short the discrimination forced him to become a better player – and equally the reverse happened to his opponents – they didn’t get better because the officials were allowing poor shots to count.
I see exactly this dynamic with broadly left and right in politics, and specifically with Hillary.
At this point her shots are not just a bit out of bounds they are landing in the grandstands, and the officials (media) are calling them in. And it has been this way her entire career. As such she is not good at actually having to fight a fair fight or one that does not already have a predetermined outcome.
He’s saving his ammunition. Clinton has been spendin 10’s of millions a week/month on advertizing. He will come out with ad campaigns in the last month.

They are spending a heap of it on down ticket.
Hillary Clinton will win the White House in a landslide. Everyone is forgetting it’s not how many people vote for trump it’s WHERE people vote for Hillary and she has locked up the electoral colleges all the lies moved there and now poof permanent democratic presidents. I love trump but this is a lock for Hillary ……stop with the nonsense . Trump will out vote Hillary by far I bet he get 50-70 million votes ….Hillary will get 30-50 and will win .
I work in Arizona and several people here have said if Hillary wins look for a serious start to a civil war .
While going into November 8th owning NY and CA is formidable, other GOPers have managed the feat. Trump must win Ohio, Florida and other swing states, and also, in my opinion Pennsylvania. But he definitely has a path to victory, but as yet by no means accomplished.
He seems the strong horse in the race too.
