He accused Clinton of wanting to give jobs to refugees rather than unemployed African-Americans in the US, saying they have “become refugees in their own country.”
Crappy schools, massive poverty, high unemployment, high crime rate, all getting worse every year for 30-40 years. And yet they vote massively Democrat. I hope Trump is wooing the black vote to get more white Democrats, otherwise he is wasting his time. But I have to say, I like the new Trump. Now with “less Trump”.
A lot of people haven’t been paying attention; they accept the Clinton inevitability narrative. I remember how Bush was tarred with Katrina, and Obama added his voice to the media’s recrimination at that time. Trump heard Louisiana cries for help, toured the flooded areas today and offered help. Obama should have reacted immediately, without complaint. He’s not made of the right stuff to govern well, but Trump is.

Yours is an interesting interpretation of Trump’s statement. It’s wrong of course but interesting in that it’s a complete denial of the truth in the statement.
Those of us who have lived in or near a predominantly black population city run by democrats for the past 30-50 years see the damage they have done every day and know that Trump speaks the truth and without pulling punches. And I think that for at least some of those black Americans, those that this message reaches (unfortunately too few), this will ring true.

Yes Trump has made mistakes in his commentary. Keep in mind he has been speaking without a TelePrompTer and a canned message. The press have been laying in wait ready to exploit any misstep. It will be interesting to see how Hillary will withstand the coming debates where she will not have total control of the narrative. I think she has her hands full .what do you think ?

Trump is assuming that he is speaking hard-working, motivated, people. I am sorry to report that a very large swath of the ‘urban’ voter is VERY INTERESTED in what the hell they would be losing under a Republican president.
I understand that Thomas Sowell, who I greatly respect, has been pointing out that Charter Schools have been getting much better results among the black community than the bog standard schools. I’d like to find out more about them. I think its in everyone’s interests that all of the various groups within society are fulfilling their potential and building up that society.

I think it is almost unbelievable that Trump is back in the polls considering how far behind he was AND the full-on and vile character assassination being conducted by the mainstream media, liberal pundits and even many GOP scumbags. At least this has quite publicly outed Beck as the hate-mongering, delusional little prick that I always suspected he was. Trump just keeps on proving that you underestimate him at your own great peril.
I have heard many rumblings this summer that we may finally be witnessing the beginning death throws of the MSM’s ownership of public opinion. I can’t imagine any better proof of social media’s ability to override the “old-time” media’s hardcore narrative than current polling numbers.

One should ask why the DEMs would actually help Blacks out of poverty? If they did they would lose a big portion of that block vote they get every election. It makes no sense for them to actually help.
There are many reasons to favour Trump in this election. As a Canadian Conservative, I confess that one of mine is the prospect of seeing the Trudeau government become apopoleptic. I also think that the anti-globalist tenor of a Trump presidency will be beneficial to Canada.

The book “The Uncivil War: Blacks vs Ni**ers: Confronting the subculture within the African-American Community” by Taleeb Starkes arrived yesterday.
I just flipped through and it looks like an amazing book. Kids on university campuses should be dragged out of their safe spaces and be made to read and discuss the ideas. There is a large part of the American black community that has no desire for education or work and these are Democrat voters until the money runs out. “They buy what they want and beg for what they need.”
We have proven time and again in Canada that when you pay people to do nothing they do more of nothing. Newfies in Alberta can work like dogs but back home where they worked 10 weeks at a make-work job and then drew 40 weeks of pogey, the were useless. Or maybe they fished for 2 weeks, had it marked down as 10 weeks and drew 40 weeks pogey. The more money we give Indian reserves, the more violence, substance abuse, and less productive work.

The first thing that went through my mind was, “What a nice guy Mister Trump was to let half of him stay!”
Totally anecdotal, but here it is. I work in a call center that’s majority black. Between calls, I have overheard several conversations where young black men stated to their buddies that they were voting for Trump. Not jokingly, but dead serious. This news was greeted by a brief silence and they got a little bit of blowback, but they were very forthright about admitting it. Fearless, even. It gave me hope that there are lots more like them, and they convince their relatives and friends to do the same.
The simple truth is, black people on this continent are long past saving. If they were intelligent enough to think about how they had voted, and the effect it had, they would have long since done that. They are simply the first down the drain tho; Ontario keeps electing Liberals. Alberta elected NDP. The stupid is everywhere, and no one will survive it.
