I am pretty sure he put in a lot. Trudeau was the globalist’s candidate, so they were manipulating things behind the scenes to make sure he won. There are a number of Soros leftist activist groups in Canada and funding would have come through them — MoveOn would be one example. However I believe there were other things being funded surreptitiously — such as strategic voting signs all over the place. The groups behind these were very nebulous, but they had to get money from somewhere. I pursued illegal posting of these signs with Elections Canada, but felt they were not that interested in pursuing my complaint.
I can imagine their meeting at Davos going something like this:
