DUH how could the liberals be at war with their constituents.
The scene: A TV interview studio, two chairs, small table. In one chair is a man wearing a white robe, and black mask, carrying an AK-47, whose is clearly a jihadist. In the other is a white male in his 50’s, wearing a tweed jacket and grey slacks.
Islamist: “We are at war with the West because our holy texts exhort us to jihad!”
White Man: “No you aren’t.”
Islamist: “Yes, we are!”
WM: “No, you’re not – you’re just using religion as a front for social and geopolitical justice.”
I: “What?!! Did you even read our official statement? This is holy war against the blasphemers, unbelievers, and pagans!”
WM: “No, I think you’re mistaken, dear boy. Islam is the religion of peace. You have apparently misappropriated it in some way, and the actions you are advocating are not a part of Islam. Would you like some tea?”
I: “Who are you to tell us who is a true Muslim? Everything we do is guided by our holy texts, and ours is the purest and most honest form of Islam!”
WM: “I’m afraid not, old man. You see, we created you via fostering a socioeconomic system that both alienates and disenfranchises you. Terribly sorry, by the way.”
I: “WHAT?! What are YOU apologizing for?! We just blew up innocent civilians in the street! Disenfranchising has nothing to do with it!”
WM: “Look, I’ve already explained it’s our fault. We don’t blame you for feeling unwelcome and lashing out. Biscuit?”
I: “Stop taking credit for this!! We built the bombs, planned the time table, selected the sites – not you! We worked really hard to pull this off, and you’re not taking the credit!”
WM: “No, no, it was us who gave birth to, and then nourished your extremism. We accept full responsibility.”
I: “O-M-F-G!! How many of you idiots do we have to kill before you take us seriously?!’
