  1. Kim’s new mirror ball for the bedroom?
Nice to see him recycling those old CDs

  2. Gee, it’s smaller than I thought.
Fatty Whitewalls is just showing off his implosion squeeze for intimidation purposes.
Other countries that have nukes don’t let anybody see the architecture of their devices.

  3. Surely all those men in the background are not all cowards. Can they not arrange a coup to dump this menace.

  4. It’s perplexing to read all the comments belittling this guy. It reminds me of the ideas our grandfathers/great-grandfathers had of the Japanese just prior to WW2 and we all know how tough, resourceful and utterly ruthless those Japanese soldiers were towards the Allied POWs. We also know that the Japanese commanders were very good (look at how quickly the British, the Dutch, the Canadians, the Australians and the Americans fell when they went against them in the first six months of the War)–and the war was only saved by the Americans’ ability to read their coded messages. Let’s not underestimate the NORKS–it was only MacArthur’s bold landing at Inchon that saved Seoul from being overrun.

  5. “Other countries that have nukes don’t let anybody see the architecture of their devices”
there you go, full stupid, and haven’t klue. The Norks aren’t “other” countries, or have you not figured that one out yet?

  6. The USofA has a Nuke Museum in Albuquerque, NM. No complete, functional devices on display but plenty of real cases.
While the plans are not available on the Internet, there are many reports that spies have gotten details of the latest designs. So no telling who has seen them ?

  7. About the same size as one of those exercise balls I just bought. Which I have yet to use. Not sure why I bought it exactly. Stupid spur-of-the-moment decision. Takes up so much space too.
…getting back to the Norks. This guy is endlessly entertaining. And the hair. Gold I tell ya.

  8. Just crazy-enough, and desperate-enough, to do something really stupid. Trivialize him at your own risk (not mine).

  9. it was only MacArthur’s bold landing at Inchon that saved Seoul from being overrun.

I appreciate your knowledge of American War history, but having served with a Korean combat veteran, He would have challenged you [cussed me] on a few points.
The American forces had kicked the Norks ass almost all the way back into China.
He said they were sitting around eating C-rats, drinking beer, celebrating their victories, and then all hell broke loose.
China had committed 500,000 troops to push the Americans back, drive them into the ocean beyond Seoul.
At first the American forces were overrun but then they realized most of the Chinese didn’t even have weapons, they were picking up guns from dead Americans and dead Chinese that didn’t need them anymore. He said the first Chinese boy he killed didn’t have a weapon.
But just the overwhelming numbers of masses of human beings still drove them back, I can not imagine, but the Norks had nothing to do with it.
It was so bad MacArthur called for Nuclear Weapons, but a democrat, Truman refused..
It is not underestimating the NORKS, its the Chinese that control this entire situation, and they think Obama is what we know he is, a frigging wussie….

  10. A chimpanzee with a hand grenade still has a hand grenade.
    Ha.
Thats even worse than a monkey with a knife.. yo

  11. Oh Please.
If Dim Wun ever launched a nuke, the rest of the Korean peninsula, especially the north side, would resemble a sea of glass, along with a certain scorched quality to it.
Although with Obongo currently in the WH, he would waffle, “Don’t cross this red line……or this red line……or this one….”

  12. Well said! Seoul was overrun Twice….Truman had committed Nuclear weapons to the war if china invaded, but reneged. The battle of Chosin Reservoir is described by a new book “Devotion”.

I have a NJ friend “Tony” who won 2 battle Stars (major battles) in Korea & became one of Eisenhower’s Color Guard @ the WH.. He says they (GI) were training to float (with 90lb packs) across into China if the war escalated & china invaded. They did and Truman betrayed them

  13. I can imagine what he’s saying: “All those 5-year plans to develop the Perfect People’s bowling ball and you forgot the finger holes?”

  14. “China had committed 500,000 troops to push the Americans back ..”
Once the Chinese had learned that the Allies would not invade Manchuria they decided to send their hordes into Korea.
MacArthur complained to Washington that the Chinese always had advance knowledge of his moves. NKVD master spy in England (Kim Philby) had access to Washingtons’ war plans and would tip off the Communists. How do you maintain OpSec with Communist infiltration into key posts?

  15. Thank you.
It’s one thing to poke fun at the Porcine Prince (hat tip: One Free Korea) but if he can do what he says he can, how will the West respond to a Chinese-backed rogue nuclear state?
And Trudeau won’t bring in North Korean refugees the way the Tories promised to. That would be “disgusting”.

  16. Looking at the photo, my guess is that it’s a dummy, and a crude one at that. Look at the engine-turned patches on the surface of the sphere; they are not symmetrically arranged, and some seem to be incomplete circles. If they are supposed to represent individual plutonium pits and the implosion charges behind them they should be symmetrically arranged. And really not all that “miniature” either. Search “Davy Crockett” if you want to see miniature.

  17. Doesn’t appear symmetrical enough to have all the shaped plutonium charges arrive at the same point simultaneously

  18. The guy might be a walking cartoon, but the real laugh is how he’s got Obammy & Co. firmly committed to resolute inactivity.

  19. Your friend Tony deserves a fine bottle of Lagavulin or Talisker.
Heroes and devoted soldiers are in short supply in our current age.
There will never be a generation like theirs again.

That’s why I said “Other countries that have nukes don’t let anybody see the architecture of their devices.”
That implosion squeeze looks like something that would be at a school science fair.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Implosion_bomb_animated.gif
It would probably win at the fair, but whether it would go fissile or fizzle is questionable.

  21. Davy Crockett nuke showed up decades ago.
I suspect developments since then including classified tolerances of the components and conventional detonators magnitudes more forceful have shrunk the fission design to the size of a briefcase.
just a theory. lots of other stuff has been miniaturized.
we mock kim jong unhinged at our peril. the simple fact is, despite the exaggerations and propaganda, his scientists and engineers are making progress towards an ICBM.

  22. “we mock kim jong unhinged at our peril. the simple fact is, despite the exaggerations and propaganda, his scientists and engineers are making progress towards an ICBM.”
Russia, a patron of North Korea since the partition of the Korea’s, is not liking the peril that Fatty Whitewalls is peddling.
North Korea’s provocative nuclear rhetoric has gotten so bad even the Kremlin has come out against the hermit kingdom, warning continued nuclear threats could justify an invasion.
    http://dailycaller.com/2016/03/08/russia-threatens-invasion-if-north-korea-nuclear-rhetoric-continues/
If it is not all bellicose bluster and bombast, it is going to lead to more than just sanctions.
Burning bridges with a patron like Russia would be a mistake.
I don’t think Kim Jong Un has shown this picture because he is threatening to launch a similar device as an ICBM warhead.
I think he is implying that since it is so small, that it could be infiltrated into the U.S. or other western country by an untraceable means, perhaps a shipping container.
