- Both shun modernity, such as that provided by the energy from fossil fuels
- Both lie habitually, believing such deception is completely justified
- Both are determined to end, or severely curtail, our constitutional democracies that all stem from Judeo-Christian roots
Well worth passing on to your Left-of-Centre friends and asking them how they feel about having an undeniable kindredship with such folks. Expect to be dismissed as a “right wing hater”, be accused of a micro-aggression that has invaded their safe space, or be brought up on charges by a human rights tribunal. Depending on where you are, they might even call 911.
A while back – I can’t find the exact quote – Ann Coulter said something along the lines of “Liberals finally found a religion they like. Turns out it’s the most authoritarian, controlling, misogynistic religion the planet has to offer.” Not a coincidence.

it can be argued they are not lying, for the simple reason they truly believe what they are stating. it’s the same argument with a normal individual who is mistaken on some issue, misinformed and repeats the misinformation. can they be accused of lying, without the necessary deliberate intent to knowingly mislead? no.

Most people alive today are oblivious to the fact that the American
left fell in love with Adolf Hitler at first sight. He was the Time
Magazine Man Of The Year in 1938. The left only abandoned him when
he committed the original sin of the far left: He attacked their
one true love, the USSR and by extension their hero Joseph Stalin.
Hitlers fan boys included Charles Lindbergh, Henry Ford, Joseph Kennedy,
Edward VIII, and many other sympathizers. Many of these people were
idiots who backed Hitler in the mistaken assumption that he was a
counter to communism, without knowing that Hitler was just as much
a collectivist as Stalin. This is the same kind of thinking that
the Jews adopted post WWII because the Soviets only hated them and
did not wish to see them all exterminated.
This thread has inspired me to research the political beliefs of every
Man Of The Year from 1927 forward. It will read like the list of Nobel
Prize winners in literature and “Peace!” Will post on this Blog if
a subject comes up that is relevant.
It is not that the average Democrat voter is even cognizant of the
agenda of the radical left, it is that they vote to keep the benefits
flowing. The single biggest Democrat constituency is uneducated
welfare leaches. They do not know the difference between communism
and a tuna fish sandwich. This is followed by small radical communist
constituencies like gays, lesbians, tree-huggers, PETA members, and
people with degrees in Eskimo lesbian feminist studies and Cultural
Anthropology, etc.
There are probably more people in private sector unions who have
been voting Democrat for generations than all of the minor Democrat
constituencies combined. These blue collar workers, and the silent
majority of public sector union workers who do not want to see their
children’s heads chopped off, who are going to make the difference
next November.
No amount of logic or reason will penetrate the mind of a true
