  1. On the topic of Elizabeth May. The CBC was in damage control mode today. This is the story.

Give me a break–sleep deprivation!! She was drunk!!
This was my comment on CBC.Ca with regards to the story, that was deleted before it ever got posted.
”The type of behavior we see here is so synonymous with nations that enter into a state of mass confusion. (Think WWII.) Just think of what went on here! This is the leader of an official Canadian political party that is supposed to be concerned with the welfare of the planet and (hopefully) the nation. She stands in front of an audience that is supposed to be made up of responsible if not sensible journalists and politicians etc. She epitomizes a convicted terrorist and places him above the government of our nation. And you’re going to vote for people like that?? Worst yet is when certain members of the media go and backtrack on what she said, and try to make it ”OK.” (End of quote.)

  2. drunk or sleep deprived asumes these were off the cuff remarks.there’s no chance that’s true.

  3. Off the cuff doesn’t include crumpled notes and a cell phone recording
    What a cunning runt

  4. Inasmuch as I AM on “FIXED INCOME”and beyond the age of getting hired by any one or any firm, I have resorted to selling my “FOR LEAFED CLOVERS” from my garden patch in order to sustain myself in my alcohol and gambling addiction.
I AM , NO LONGER GIVING ANY “FOUR LEAFERS” AWAY!
Yesterday I SOLD my first clover, ( deal closed at TIM HORTONS ON NORWICH AVENUE ,HERE IN WOODSTOCK, ONTARIO, to A …… BELIEVER !!) and I shall continue to sell them at tenfold price increments OF THAT SALE, as long as the patch keeps providing the four-leafers.
    I AM
    JOE MOLNAR

  5. Does Tim Horton’s in Woodstock know you are selling the clovers from their venue Joe? They may want a royalty.

  6. Hey LIZ, I know the lessee personally, but she threw out a whole bunch of my “four leafers” which I gave her a few years ago, and I don’t really know if she is a “believer”.
Insofar as TIM HORTONS getting a “cut” on my deal LIZ, what can they possibly squeeze out of an old addicted alcoholic, eh?

  7. Poll spotting half way down, right hand side. Why would anyone want to ban the greatest stop smoking aid ever invented that has been proven harmless in 22 years of study ? It defies logic. Or could it be that government is worried over losing hundreds of $ millions in revenue or big Pharma losing same amount in their stop smoking products ? Either way, it defies logic.
