So asks Australia’s “educational broadcaster” Joe Gelonesi. Naturally, he calls on Dr Adam Swift, an expert in “social justice” and “egalitarian theory,” to tell us which aspects of parenting should be banned.
Anything out of oz SHOULD BE BANNED. Lets not forget it was a penal colony. And we can blame the inbreds from England for starting it.
And you can blame the inbred from England for Canada. Certainly nothing in these countries for which Australians or Canadians should take responsibility for after generations or running things themselves.

If you cannot take the kids then some smart parties throw a kid like Turdeau into the mix to appeal to those parents.
Don’t you just wonder how some of these people get through a day let alone a life. It must be very empty at times.
A lot of liberals would willingly give up their kids for the jihad but the ones on the edge would turn so hopefully they come out more often about their real ideology.
I find it fascinating that the only math concept that the left seems to remotely understand is “lowest common denominator”…

Substitute “school” with “health care delivery” and voila, the justification for our “nation-defining” value.
Socialists and SJWs love to complain that “capitalism” (itself a Marxist term) is driven by greed. Yet they never look a the primary motive driving themselves and their proposed systems, namely: envy.
Given a choice between living in a system driven by greed versus a system driven by envy, I would always choose to live in the system driven by greed. Greed requires that an individual focus on him or herself. Greed is accumulative, constructive, creative, hopeful. It requires independence of effort while interacting with others. It must be trustful. It requires protection of individual property rights from which springs the need to protect all other individual rights. In the worst excesses of a greed-driven system, freedom is the norm, and slavery an aberration. By contrast, in an envy driven system the focus is on everyone but oneself. It is distributive, destructive, suppresive, resentful. It requires a defensive mindset with suspicion of everyone else. In an envy-driven system there are no individual rights, slavery is the norm, and freedom is ruthlessly suppressed. Even the mightiest in the envy-driven system can never be free for he must be continually looking over his shoulder for the one who will ruin him on a whim.
Swift epitomizes the envy-driven mindset. If it is not envy of material wealth, it is envy of success, looks, intellect, family and social connections, happiness. His is a pathetic, squalid soul.
There are not many compensations for getting very old but one of them is that old age is a kind of “get out of jail free” card. As a purely hypothetical proposition, if I were to deliberately kill someone, the longest incarceration would not amount to a lot more than five years. Now, in truth, regardless of the hypothetical expressed above, I am not likely to kill anyone, yet….when I read the words of Dr. Adam Swift and his Marxist ilk, and the threat he presents to me and mine, I am sorely tempted to counter their “social justice” with BBJ (baseball bat justice).

This article hits close to home, we pulled our kids out of the public system and they had great success in the private system all able to move on and be successful in secondary schools. Many of their friends failed in the public system and now are struggling with trying to get through life without a high school diploma. We experience nothing but resistance for funding from the gov. and the public school board even though the private schools cost less to run per kid than the public.
Did the private system give them an advantage, you bet, was it unfair, yes to me who had to pay the extra cost.
