    Umm, Carol, when your electoral dream team consists of Scott Brison, Ralph Goodale and someone nobody’s heard of, not even bring back the Senators will help. Carol further diverts from reality with: “A case can certainly be made that Canada could have done better with a prime minister who wasn’t blinded by the untapped wealth of oilsands, consumed with cost-cutting and oblivious to the widening gap between the affluent few and the stalled many.” What case: that we shouldn’t have exported so much; that the poor and middle income earners shouldn’t be more affluent because some “rich” person is doing even better?
    And, Tim Harper retorts, sure the Tories will steamroll progressivia with their budget and this whole good (but is it responsible?), government thing but they’re like super vulnerable on “climate change,” ’cause the rest of the world, who are doing nothing about it themselves, are quite ashamed of our “record.” Good luck with that one:
