  1. @ Ken (Kulak)
These Harris articles apparently don’t become public until the morning after, but just reading that first sentence “sucking around” is just awful.

  7. “All went down trying… It’s what dogs do.”

You’re absolutely right about that. The title of the video (“Dogs Who Fail at Being Dogs”) is sort of the opposite of the truth, which is that they all excel at being dogs.

  8. Dogs tend to be a little bit klutzy anyway, and maybe one shouldn’t be too quick to make fun of them. That said, I do remember a sweet beagle bitch with, it seemed. extra-long ears, which she would trip over running down a slope. The poor thing! but one couldn’t help laughing.
Cats, on the other hand, are always trying to be cool; and usually succeed. When they don’t, they’re fair game I say.

  10. The CBC is covering this story.
They have it on their local Toronto news page.
You won’t find the word ‘Liberal’.
    Comments are not allowed.
Their policy states that matters before a court will not be open for commenting.
They disregard that when a Conservative is involved.

If anyone questions their bias, they can point to this article as proof that they covered it.

  11. “Dogs that fail at being dogs” — um, I really don’t like to be the village grouch, but that was not funny. The first several dogs, falling when they tried to catch things, could well have wound up in the vet’s office, paralyzed. (Yes, I have seen this.) Of course accidents happen, but it bothered me to see them glorified.
Thank you. Here endeth the grump.
