    I saw a video 2 weeks ago of a group of ISIS thugs and an old woman in ISIS controlled Iraq. They were in an open village market and the old woman was dressed from head to toe in the black bag garment they are made to wear. Face covered, whole bit. Except this woman had a tiny bright red short jacket thing around her shoulders on top of her black bag ensemble. They surrounded her and while many of the ISIS thugs pulled out their cellphones to record the event, they forced her to kneel in the dirt. Then one of them ceremoniously pulled out a pistol while intoning sentence upon her and summarily executed her with a bullet to the head. They walked casually away leaving her body laying in the dirt street, a pool of blood spreading out from her ruined head.
    They killed her for wearing that tiny bit of exceptional red cloth.

  8. You assume the voice of reason is the interviewer by her dress and open mannerism. It quickly becomes apparent the opposite is true. Much of that scenario occurs in Canada daily.
    It was not that many years ago that an attempt was made to implement Sharia law in Ontario. (Only for Islamist you understand. Non believers had nothing to fear.)
    My fear is that my grand daughters might one day face a tribunal staffed by Canadian Islamist enforcing Sharia codes on their Christian values.

  15. As a mere man I could not understand the rhetoric of the interviewer. She was rude and adversarial. I have to concede the points of belief in the religion of Islam do not seem clear. Gabriel is mentioned. What utterly confounds me is the dress of the interviewer. How she deals with the finer points of Islamic belief is beyond me. We also learn that an elderly woman covered completely is slain for also wearing a strip of red cloth. Incredible!

  20. Calling islam a 7th century religion doesn’t help the argument as they will turn around and say it is more modern than Christianity. The difference is that Christianity developed in the Greek cultural world and is thus rational; their religion was developed in the ignorant, illiterate, arab barbaric world of the 7th,. century, where they worshipped a meteorite.

    The reason the interviewer is dressed like that is because she survives amongst the elite untouchables, (pretty much do anything you want, just don’t make trouble), just like Obama, Holder, Hillary, Chretien, McGuinty, Wynne, Michael Bryant, elite can do almost anything they want as long as they’re not too over-the-top conspicuous.

There you have it folks – What the interviewer said – THIS is what Islam wants to perpetuate on the Western World: justified tyrannical control over the common folk under the promise of preventing “bad things” from happening. She’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Meanwhile the niqab wearing interviewee – she’s in hiding because of her logically considered opinion and personal experiences. It was very eloquently expressed – the niqab is a necessity in Islam because it protects women from religious borne violence.
    This is not my Canada. Political leaders that harbour changes to Canada such as further attempts to introduce Sharia Law in their vote getting promises is treason.

  42. What this video clearly demonstrates is that (radical?) Islam doesn’t have a uniform. The veil of Islam is not the niqab and the burqa, it’s the intellectual shroud that hides the truth even under the guise of modernarity. The niqab and burqa are the consequences of that shroud. If the hostess has no choice in her outbursts, or if she truly believes, either way the true reality of Islam is clear. Islam is a “religion of peace”, only because everything else is forbidden.
