The Sound Of Settled Science

The Lukewarmer;

Short version-some people who were (mostly) not scientists and certainly don’t know how to do research properly conducted a series of studies that had foregone conclusions supporting their position on climate policy. For Prall, Cook and Lewandowsky the foregone nature of the conclusions was explicit-they wrote on various websites that they were conducting the studies with a predetermined end. For Oreskes it was implicit, but easy to see, as she structured her research carefully, not to show the breadth of opinion on climate change, but rather to conceal it.

  1. I agree with the author of this article, in that there really is no conspiracy, it’s just a “belief” that has grown a life of it’s own, just like every other belief system (AKA religion). Believers will believe, logic has no place in there “knowledge”, they just know.

  2. Is somebody willing to research how many AGW supporting scientists turned down a job flipping burger and instead drained there parents bank account for there expensive education all wile living in there parents basement until they turned 35.
    I have a forgone conclusion that the number will be around 97%.
