Obama can’t force them to do anything. He has already alienated them. Do you know that Muslims outnumber JOOOS in the united States. Yet the muslims (including our black prison converts) account for hendreds of times the crimes then the awful JOOOS. I think Israel should recover Gaza and turn it into fertile farmland for JOOOS and citizen Arabs. Well, not really. In fact, in order to determine the crime rates by group, you need to know the size of each group in the overall population.
For example, you show protestants at 35.008% of the prison population, but protestants comprise almost half of the population. You show muslims at 7.273% of the prison population yet muslims are less that one percent of the population (according to Pew). You also shows Jews at 1.773% of the prison population, yet they comprise almost 3% of the U.S. population.
