The “Aquatic Angel” is the newest tool from the anti-hunting group, following the release of their “Air Angel” drones released in the spring of 2013 to stalk hunters in the field.
Described as a “submersible technology,” PETA plans to use the drones to stalk fishermen and “combat anglers who fish in restricted areas, catch protected species, and or chum for sharks illegally.” According to PETA, the group is currently recruiting members and supporters to field-test the new drones in all bodies of water.

Pull!
What’s the bag limit on PETA drones?

I’d love to volunteer to test one of those.
Oops. Mine sank. Sorry.
Is it just me, or are they becoming Greenpeace 2.0 ?
Idle hands are the devil’s workshop.
And God Said …. “if thou art plagued with flying imps from hell, thou art directed to dispatch such imps buy means of a 12 Gauge Shoteth Guneth.
Special interest drones have been shot down before.

Can’t wait to try out my new torpedo.
Or maybe I’ll just throw a rock.
Why bother shooting the pigeons? You can use the pigeons to attract the drones and then have a drone-shooting event.
Picked a magpie out of the air with a .22 just last week. Pretty sure I could get one of those things with the trusty .303, if it’s out of shotgun range…
Cabella’s has a sale on shotguns! Real nice selection.
For underwater drones …. there’s always beaver damn busters.
no bag limit on the mechanical drones but on the two leg drones there is a bag limit of 3 per day and a possession limit of 9
Yes son we’re goin’ fishin’ but we’re also gonna hunt drone, they ain’t good eatin’ but the shoot down is really satisfying.
PETA encourages young ladies to remove their clothes, for that they should be applauded. Are you tellin’ me there’s some other point to their existence?
Who knew people Eating Tasty Animals would go so far to enliven a slow day fishing of a dry days hunt?
What sport, drone drilling.
I foresee development of a new ammunition type.
Scatter shot or precise accuracy at camera range, but limited range to avoid over shoot.
Something in the 4.10 pistol style .
How nice of PETA, to provide a side sport. Almost guaranteed to bring more hunters and fishers out to play.
All we need is the specifications for the camera, so what drones are they choosing?
I guess they would be good for some sort of target practice.
First they came for the dog breeders and those with pets.
Then they came for those with livestock.
Now they come for the anglers…
They are after everybody and when will people finally wake up?

If it has a long enough chamber and/or you use short enough shells, you can fire .410 shot shells in a .45 Colt revolver. Just don’t do it away from a legal gun range in Canada and with a legally registered gun.

I’m pretty sure you couldn’t. It’s difficult to hit a full sized airplane.
A .303 Brit fired at a 30 degree angle will carry about 3 miles…..but it presents little risk in a wooded environment….even a populous city come to think about it…most likely to hit a roof than a kid.
The possibility exists regardless how improbable.
Likely a directional antenna to locate the controller is more effective….go and interface with the crazies…..
Then there is the likelihood that sooner or later, if not already, one of these drones will kill or injure a bystander.
