  1. I guess Chick-fil-A must be exempt from paying local taxes because local authorities wish they were gone. What do you mean, it doesn’t work that way?

  2. Maybe a couple of bricks through the windshield of the principal’s and teacher’s cars might serve to soften their position.

  3. They should go ahead with their plans in any event and simply ignore the edicts of the fascists. It is time to push back HARD against these clowns.

  4. Chick Fil A Dysfunctional Syndrome…..yet another dysfunctional syndrome…..a pathology of the left.

  5. “We value inclusivity and diversity on our campus and all of our events and activities are going to adhere to our mission,” Ventura Unified School District Superintendent Trudy Tuttle Arriaga said.
Inclusive and diverse except for those we don’t want to include. We’re not bigots, we just don’t think those with Christian views should be allowed in out society.

  6. Sasquatch you are so correct.
This goes along with the Dysfunctional Syndrome of Mike Harris, George W, Stephen Harper and Preston Manning.
These are strange people. They will even stop shopping in businesses which support conservative candidates.
I guess it’s what we get when we consider that it has been many years since society emptied out the insane asylums and dumped them out into the streets. Many of which found their way into jobs as profs at the local Universities.
Their students are now the politicians of the left, of which you speak.
By the way, Chick-Fil-A chicken is fabulous.

  7. What happened? Did chicken suddenly begin to cause offense to Muslims? Seriously though, this is just nuts. I agree with Joey above – get the word out that you’re going to sell it anyway, ask for support from everyone who disagrees with the staff and sell a ton of the stuff. It’s not against the law.

  8. Time to start to create a parallel school system that works while slowly cutting the other tax money away.

  9. At this rate we’ll soon be banned from requesting “white meat only” at our local chicken take-away, though I suspect there wouldn’t be a problem specifying dark meat. And buying only chicken breasts at the meat shop will be considered as either sexist or racist.
Let’s call these self-righteous intolerant progressives what they really are – Totalitarians.

  10. Well, those students are certainly learning *something*.
I’m quite sure I wouldn’t want to send my child to a class on ‘How to Resurrect the Thousand Year Reich, or Why Freedom of Thought is Slavery’, though.

  11. I agree with Joey. I hope the parents/ Booster Club will go ahead with the event in anyway they can. You can’t argue or discuss with leftards and they only way we can fight them is to simply refuse to play by their arbitrary rules. The cost of doing so can’t be any greater then giving up our freedoms and bowing down to these totalitarians.

  12. I too like the idea of a big middle finger to the principal. He needs to know he’s the employee not the boss, and the school is where he happens to be employed. He doesn’t own it. The parents do. Time to have some moxie – what’s he going to do if 100 kids show up with parents and chicken sandwiches to sell? I’d tell him to get on board or get out.

  13. Yeah, Chick-Fil-A even closes on Sunday so as to give all staff a day off to be with family. Can’t have messages like that floating around. Stone the heathens! /sarc off

  14. There is only one response to something like this: “Hey, no chicken, no football money. Beeotch.”
You want your kids to grow up with a clue? Home school!

  15. Our inclusiveness extends to all those who hold “correct” viewpoints, and we are too flippin’ stupid to see the logical fallacy contained therein. Remember, all viewpoints are equal, but some are more equal than others. ba-a-a-ah.

  16. I am offended because I do not have a Chik-Fil-A sandwich.
    Will someone please rectify this?
If you want anger, tell these “principled” yahoos there is a home-schooling club that needs the money more and that you will be supplying that money.

  17. Remember when progressives used to whine because bake sales and fundraisers were how schools raised money and, darn it, we just needed to fund them more?
Now those same progressives ban bake sales (unhealthy!) and other fundraisers (not politically correct!) and head scratch about “improverished” schools.
(Aside: my local Chick-Fil-A opens September 25. Looking forward to eating some delicious hate-chicken).

  18. Nice to see Chick-Fil-A is in Alberta. We need one (small town) locally. I would love to say good bye to the Colonel and give my money to someone who pisses of the main stream media for all the right reasons.

  19. Chic-Fil-A coming to Alberta? Time for a road trip. Loved them when I was Texan (went to Hobby Lobby too!) and never saw a hint of evil subversion or whatever. Staff were super friendly and eager to serve. That last point is aimed at Canadian fast food retail where a lot of folks are just putting in time and don’t care about customer service. I fondle remember going into a shop and being greeted by someone stocking shelves or something and still managed to say hi. Both wife and I loved out seven years in Texas because of that attitude. Personally, I enjoyed the waitresses at the local diners calling me sugar and hon when taking my order.
