  1. Excellent! It’s about time the Right fought back using the same successful tactics the Left has used against us for so long!

  2. Democrat/media syndicate are typing the, “Pushing too hard can hurt Perry’s image if he’s not careful it may make him look misogynist” article for douche bags like Anderson Vanderbilt to read everyday for a week.

  3. Perhaps, the best candidate the U.S. could elect as President to defend the U.S. from enemies, foreign and domestic.
He’s also a straight shooter, both figuratively and literally.

  4. Perry knows the enemy well.
If he had approved funds to the committee, chaired by the drunken Democrat, the left would have accused him of soft on dishonesty, unethical behaviour and complicit in the progressive double standards.
When he rightly refuses to hand over state funds to a corrupt person, he is “abusing his authority”.
No point surrendering, when there is no negotiation possible.
    What do we know?
    Perry is not a RHINO.
The linked article gets one thing wrong, the back does not say WANTED, it says CONVICTED.
This woman is a classic Progressive Elitist.
You and I lose our licenses, may lose our jobs or can be drummed out of political office.
She enforces the very laws she is convicted of breaking. But insists on staying on.
Standards are good, for the little people.
Double standards, double plus good, for the party members.

  5. “She enforces the very laws she is convicted of breaking. But insists on staying on.”
What about the perversion of justice?
Don’t think fer a second that she was not the driving force behind the bogus indictment…..basically “I’ll show him. Do you know who I am?”

  6. This is all part of the Left’s larger effort at criminalizing opposition to their agenda. The Left has always sought to eliminate the distinction between Party and State, to make opposition to the Party the same thing as opposition to the State (i.e. a crime).
This indictment is a direct assault on constitutional government and separation of powers. The Governor is empowered by the Texas state constitution with the authority to veto legislation. The governor can veto legislation for any reason, or for no reason. To assert that he is committing a crime by performing a constitutional act in his capacity as Governor is an outrageous overreach.
Rush Limbaugh has pointed out that the liberals’ real goal is to give the media a talking point for every article about Perry from now on. His name will not be mentioned without immediately reminding the reader or viewer that he was indicted for something. It’s their typical attempt to destroy potential Republican candidates for higher office early in the game.
To his credit, Perry is so far handling this brilliantly and it is about time to see someone on the Right happy to go toe to toe with them. Conservatives see themselves vicariously in Perry’s refusal to lie low, in his willingness to roll up his sleeves and put his dukes up. They’ve been wanting someone, anyone, on our side of the fence to show they have some fight in them.

  7. re: “Never apologize, never back down, never explain”
Reminds me of a saying, a traditional German admonition, I heard often from my mother when I was a little child:
Never Ask, Never explain, Never Complain.
    Dan Kurt

  8. Little political judo right there.
Turn his opponents’ efforts to railroad him into a PR coup.

  9. Nothing says Public Integrity like a Public Integrity Committee chaired by a convicted drunk driver.
Even better when this convicted felon is a District Attorney.
