Ya add those on welfare, disability and pension to those employed by government at all levels…., the remainder, a distinct minority, are paying for everything.
But then I figure payroll taxes are fines for employing people, sorta like speeding/parking tickets.
This situation is because 50% of the population is of below average intelligence.

As we understand the difficulty of statistics is shaking out the causes for the differences over time. I may have missed the comment on the article with my quick read, but there does not appear to be any reference of the impact of immigration on the statistical data.
My recollection is one of the misunderstandings of the bureaucratic reasoning in describing the advantages of ever increasing immigration was the positive benefit of immigration in economic growth. However the statistical information was historical, naturally, and based more on immigration from Europe. This has not been the situation for many decades now and I wonder if there still is a positive benefit for economic growth with the current Immigration Policies.
Getting back to the article/essay; is there a significant change in Ontario’s statistics as the demographics changed in Metropolitan Toronto?
