And that failed state has over 200 million(some estimates as high as 300 million) privately owned firearms with the number increasing by about 4 million per year.
Canada does not have enough military and police to defend the border and with a largely unarmed civilian population, Canadians would be easy meat for American raiders.

So my mature hair color challenged wife gets felt up every time she boards a plane because of metal joints while others are boarded who no-one has a clue to their identity. This has been the crux of my open border points on SDA all along.
Canadians need to be alarmed and participatory in the debate over America’s southern border in the name of our own national interests.
Once millions of criminals find themselves starving and out of work/ welfare in the US, it’s not a stretch to go north instead of south. The last time they were simply bussed from Florida to the Canadian border by the State.
