  1. Reality is often funnier than fiction!
Reminds me of the 5-star lifestyle enjoyed by the heads of Vancouver’s Portland Hotel Society. 🙁

  2. I’ll believe there is a serious problem with income inequality when those who tell me there is an issue start donating their income to the poor.
I’ll believe global warming is an emergency, when those telling me it’s an emergency start acting like it’s an emergency in their own life.

  3. So if Professor Krugman was taxed at 0% rate and ate nothing, it would take him 300 months to pay for a 2 day trip of Michelle, Sascha and Moeschia to Dublin and Belfast?
    You call that a salary??!

  4. I have a friend, very smart individual, when talking US politics
he always brings up the smartest peoples names like Krugman, Obama, Hillary, Billary, Friedman etc etc etc.
I guess being a smart individual doesn’t account for having any brains.
You just can’t Tell a Heinz Pickle nothing.

  5. Great! They are making his income more inequal. Talk about an organization that walks the walk, and doesn’t just talk the talk. /

  6. There’s no hypocrisy or irony here. Krugman believes that if you take money and bury it in a hole filled with garbage, it will raise the income and capital wealth of the entire community. It would be far too messy for CUNY to literally find a hole filled with garbage to bury $25k in every month, so they’re just handing it to the human equivalent instead.
