  4. Folks this was a well thought out coded message to Iran regarding the US. Didn’t you notice the griffin has a chicken’s head on it instead of the head of an eagle?

  5. I think you are giving more credit to the US government than they deserve. No I don’t think the Obama Admin realized this is a fake. Yes I believe they thought this was a gesture of good will.
    The US Government is a an example of the Peter Principle in an observable form. Quite embarrassing.

  6. In my own post on the subject, I added something that FrontPage had missed: Most Muslims are not too big on “graven images” — especially graven images that are part of a pagan religion.
    So, if I were sending Iran a gift to win their favour, I wouldn’t send them a silver griffin.
