This is just another proof that Bo is a political prop. A real dog lover would have their dog with them on the flight. I’m sure they don’t make PotUS stuff his dog into a crate to be thrown into the baggage compartment.

I think the fact that they needed -two- aircraft to bring all of the Obama’s crap with them on vacation says all that needs saying about the entire affair. That they used the occasion to showcase the MV-22 is just more idiotic grandstanding.
You’ll notice the dog came in on the Osprey, not the kids. That says all that needs saying about the aircraft.

Well, you know how it is with dogs – sometimes their owners embarrass them to the point that they’d rather just be alone.

Well, you know what? I sincerely hope that when the plain people of America have had enough of Barack Hussein Obama, the few desperate men still loyal to Obama arrange for Bo to go into exile on his own helicopter. That way, it won’t be necessary to shoot down an innocent dog.
Not as if Obama has any plans to use the helicopter for the actual defense of the nation. As I think someone mentioned, even the Pentagon never wanted the thing.
I mostly fear for that poor dog on the off chance that Obama condescends to leave the White House alive. With his grown daughter no longer needing a cute cat as a prop Bill Clinton left Socks behind in DC, dumping the poor old moggy in the lap of an aide, and he came from a country where animals are appreciated for more than food and farm labour. I suppose Bo should be grateful that by the time Obama finally goes, he’ll be too old to make good barbeque.
