  1. Donald “Duck Lips” Trump:
“I don’t think that (George) Zimmerman is necessarily somebody that’s going to heaven very quickly.”
This from a man who’s deeply devout about his hair.

  2. Foseti:

“The media has demonstrated that they’re desperate to find evidence of white on black violence. The fact that (the Zimmerman case) is the best they can do tells you all need to know about such violence – i.e. it doesn’t exist..[…]..While the mainstream story is truly unedifying, the fact that the mainstream story exists and so completely contradicts reality is fascinating and illuminating on so many levels.

“If the mainstream media (even in the internet age!) can get people – lots of people – to commit acts of violence on the street based entirely on an obvious lie, what else can they do? What can’t they do?”

  3. The whitest of the white. Whiter than thou. So white his knees are chafed. So white it hurts:

During a conversation….on MSNBC on Thursday evening, ‘Hardball’ host Chris Mathews offered an apology to his (black) guests on behalf of all the white people…

  4. Man claims “crystal meth runners from Saskatoon” tried to gun him down:

RCMP have charged two Manitoba men with various offences, including attempted murder and firearms violations. But the scant details contained in the short news release issued by the Mounties hardly capture the brutality of what happened in the early morning hours of June 14. In essence, the pair are accused of going hunting – for a human.

  5. One of two men charged with attempted murder after a bizarre shooting incident at a remote rock quarry says they are victims of a “very big “misunderstanding.”

Defence lawyer Darren Sawchuk said the men had been discussing Breaking Bad, a television show about a high school teacher turned meth dealer, when they came across the quarry and made an ill-fated decision to act like they were drug dealers.

“We were talking very crazy and the kid probably got scared, which I understand,” Gratton told police. “We were just messing around with him, that’s all.”

Both accused told police Shindruk was shooting at a skunk, not the quarry worker.

“We didn’t even know he was in the bush,” Shindruk told police.

Gratton’s next court appearance is July 24 in Pine Falls.

  6. I have no link for this story, but :in Sooke,B.C., just outside Victoria, the local Native Band has given a park full of non-Native renters the boot as of Aug.12/13. Some of them have lived there for 30 years and can’t afford to move their homes,so are SOL.
The “First Nation” says they want to redevelop the land.
This is in contrast to the treatment of the Native flood victims we blogged about here yesterday, who have been living in hotel accommodations in Manitoba for two years, all on the taxpayer.

  7. Here ya go Don:

The Cheanuh First Nation (Beecher Bay First Nations, also referred to as Scia’new), located on East Sooke Road, has voted to modify their Beecher Bay Land Code Amendment to allow for development. As a result of this vote, the residents occupying the 125 campsites have been given a 30-day Notice to Vacate.

  8. Yesterday Dennis Miller was lamenting that it’s sad that the Concorde is no longer flying. Then he asked the next logical question: “What’s the one thing that is guaranteed to stop man’s indomitable spirit to progress forward?” Answer: Socialism
What a truly sad & pathetic future the Left has in store for us. 🙁

  9. John would not agree, but some of us are directly familiar with how it works.

  10. Toronto Star, Wed., July 17. “Hungry kids used as guinea pigs”, read the headline in the paper.
    http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2013/07/17/nutrition_experiments_with_native_kids_in_1940s_fuels_outrage.html
“New historical research on nutritional experiments on aboriginal children across Canada in the 1940s and ’50s sparked outrage from aboriginal leaders Wednesday wanting a response from Ottawa.”
That would be the Liberal Ottawa of Mackenzie King and Louis St. Laurent that were responsible, not the Conservative Ottawa of Stephen Harper. Those two vaunted Liberal icons have long departed this earth.
Meanwhile, there are still experiments done on children today. They are done on all children, not just aboriginals. And they’re done through the public education system.
Kids are deprived of the ability to read, when the teaching methods don’t use phonics.
And they still use kids as guinea pigs by giving them sex education courses, perhaps written by accused pedophiles, that teach them there are six genders. This constitutes child abuse.
There is only one correct solution and that is to return the entire education system to the private sector where it belongs.

  11. I for one would toast and cheer the end of “humidex” and “wind chill” if for no other reason than it would stop the chatty moron in my office from telling everyone she encounters on a hot day that it’s “actually hotter than Death Valley today! Can you believe it? I know, right?”

  12. It has nothing to do with wind chill or humidex, the chatty moron in your office will always find something inane to babble about.

  13. I AM Joe MOlnar and I am giving away a “four leafed clover” which is laminated in wallet sized plastic along with the last Canadian $10.00 I had in my possession, yesterday.
It is still available for anyone who goes to the TIM HORTONS Coffee shop located on Norwich Avenue on the Highway 401 Cutoff.
Just ask Leslie the Franchise owner or one of her staff and they will give you that special clover.
Only 1 is available for the asking!
Do it now, and then tell “Small Dead Animals” readers that you have Joe’s $10.00!
    Simple.
SDA is Joe’s idea of “miracles” manifested.
And Good Luck with your new found “Four leafed clover” in your wallet from the Timmy franchise in Woodstock, Ontario.

    Kinda like George Zimmerman, right?

  15. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed … the latest ads from the Salvation Army are declaring their anger over homelessness, hunger and suffering. They then goon to claim they are fighting for “social justice”.
Now … I used to be a strong advocate of the Sally Anne because of their simple premise of local service and the promotion of Christian charity.
Thanks to the infiltration of commie/prog ideology into their declared objectives … never again.

  16. Jumpy, you are so awesome!
    Yes, you are!
    Oh yes, you are!
    Clever, clever, dog!
    Of course you are!
    Smartest dog I know.

  17. OMMAG:
Thanks for the heads-up! I’ve supported them for the same reason, I’ll look into this before I give them another penny.

  19. Saint Trayvon from a libertarian perspective –
“Saint Trayvon is dead not because George Zimmerman was an itchy-triggered racist but because Saint Trayvon was a belligerent thug with a hair-trigger temper and flying fists. Kids on a Skittles run don’t cold-cock adults who’ve done them no physical harm – much less bash their heads into the concrete. That’s what thugs do. People aren’t out to get blacks. They’re just getting sick of black thugs and their enablers and apologists. Tired of the idiot demagoguery of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, who feed off human misery – and human ignorance – like maggots off a corpse.”

“The federal government denied basic dental care and experimented with the diets of Native children in order to study the effects of Vitamin C and fluoride treatment. The controlled experiment took place in the late 1940s and early 50s in at least four Indian residential schools, documents in the National Archives reveal.
Although the aim of the five-year “nutritional study” was supposed to benefit Native communities, many parents weren’t even informed of the experiment.”

  22. That’s good, OMMAG: take a knife to one of the best Christian groups whose mission is to save souls, give a hands up, and feed the hungry and the homeless, and minister to the addicted. Their founder, William Booth, did the same thing in the 1800s and if it is a communist church now, it was then also.
Communism is an atheistic, God-hating, people-destroying system so comparing the God-loving and serving Salvation Army to that political philosophical system is comparing the love of Jesus to evil.
It was Jesus who suggested to his followers that if anyone has two coats to give one to someone who has none. Is that your idea of communism? The Bible says we, all believers, are his ambassadors on earth, and that we are his hands and feet.
I see that accusations of the “c” and “s” words are being tossed around very frivolously these days and am not too sure when compassion became synonymous with socialism and communism. I always heard that it was synonymous with the Christ-lived life.
More people claiming to be Christian should ask: “What would Jesus do based on his life and his teachings?” He left us a template.

  23. “Carbon programs’ backlash in Australia, EU bode ill for U.S. efforts to fight climate change”
“Recent stumbles in Europe and Australia to implement ambitious climate change programs are providing a “cautionary tale” for the Obama administration and U.S. lawmakers as they consider how to fulfill President Obama’s drive to reduce U.S. greenhouse gases.
A popular backlash against a carbon tax in Australia and major implementation problems with the European Union’s “cap-and-trade” carbon emissions trading program are raising fresh doubts about the two main policy vehicles that climate change advocates have backed to curb greenhouse gas pollution in the industrial world, analysts say.”

  24. The gov’t of Panama received a tip to check the hold of a ship passing through the Panama Canal, the tip was to search for drugs, and so far, they’ve found weapons bound for North Korea in 6 containers under about 220,000 100 lb bags of sugar, not loaded on pallets, and not packed into containers, they seem to be moving them the old school way, one at at time…
A group of folks with imaging equipment to help search the other holds in the 450 foot long ship, so far they’ve only searched the first hold…
“The technicians have told us that this cargo was loaded in a way that makes it difficult to unload,” (Panamanian Security Minister) Mulino told reporters, estimating that the work of unloading all the sugar will take another seven to 10 days.”
Quite a few more questions are asked by Fausta Wertz here…
