  1. I think I’m going to put restoring the ’71 Jag to the top of my priorities list.

  2. I saw several pictures of the crash and there were a couple that showed that the gas tank was on the road behind the car and not burnt. I wonder what would cause that model to explode or burn in the manner it did? I am not talking conspiracy here, I would like to know.

  3. Very telling how uninterested the MSM is in the Hastings death. But we live in a world where certain things are not talked about – like strange deaths and disappearances of people who offend the shadow power structure.

  4. The object you see behind the car at 0:58 on this video

is the muffler not the gas tank, if you look close you can see the exhaust outlets and the rubber hangers still attached. In the videos where the car is burning and the fellow is using a garden hose if the gas tank were leaking or ruptured you would expect the gas to float on the water which would spread the flames.
I have seen a Honda Accord burn completely in five minutes due to an electrical fault inside the dash. The flames from the dash went up the windshield and the interior headliner melted and caught fire. It was literally raining flaming gobs of plastic inside the car which set the backseat and parcel shelf on fire. There are rubber door seals, rubber tires and rubber hoses and once they catch fire, look out! The rubberized undercoat that protects the bottom of the car from stone chips is very flammable too.

  5. You would be surprised the amount of access modern electronics allows others to view and control in modern vehicles.
I think I’ll stick to driving the Studebaker for a few more years.

  6. A few notes.
    1. Ford, to date, will not mount a phone on their vehicles like OnStar. NSA, CIA, etc. employees are told not to buy such equipped vehicles. I sold Fords (inside THE beltway) for a little while and was directly advised by reps. as to why Ford chose this path. It’s interesting. Some of my clients were interesting.
    2. The 2013 C250 is equipped with MBRACE and Hastings was going “off radar.” This is a smartphone cloud based application. But it also connects to your computer. He may have been smart enough to turn off the phone, but a hack into his computer or the cloud would allow real time tracking. He could run, but he couldn’t hide.

    3. @ old white guy: please provide link or describe where you saw the photos.
    4. Given statements by Snowden and the new story on Gen. Cartwright, it is hard to tease out what Hastings may have been working on. If he had access to some of Snowden’s encrypted files, we will never know.

  7. Conspiracy as we have seen from the Obama regime, is not a dirty word any-more.
Besides being able to break into your car is seen as easy access by the Police “service”.
