3. IF, and I do mean IF,the system really works, this should be enough to bring the whole shaky house of cards down,BUT, I don’t think the system works except to protect the ruling class and their cronies.
   No one on the alleged Opposition side has made mention of impeachment over any of the latest scandals that would have brought down any other President.
   Is America so politically correct they can’t enforce their own laws and Constitution?

Progressives are people who think they are right about how to make the world better, how society ought to be run, what government ought to be making everyone do, and this is more important to them than notions of democracy and the rule of law. They think “what good is democracy if you can’t make it give you “good” government?” and “what is the point of the rule of law if you can’t use the law to rule as you please?” Most people don’t want to subject themselves to the political process so those with the tendency to believe that government should be fixing everything they think is wrong with the world and making society as they believe it should be seek employment and careers in government so they can use its power for their causes. And they think this is in everyone’s interest and that there must be something fundamentally wrong with those of us who don’t want to have our lives thus improved.

   Armed Forces
   And soon, our medical care will be rationed and approved by the IRS
   They will not need camps and showers, they can just govern and oversee us to oblivion.

8. So the bureaucracy becomes thoroughly infested with them over time, and eventually they destroy the society they were trying to perfect.

9. Pournelle’s Iron Law of Bureaucracy states that in any bureaucratic organization there will be two kinds of people”:
   First, there will be those who are devoted to the goals of the organization. Examples are dedicated classroom teachers in an educational bureaucracy, many of the engineers and launch technicians and scientists at NASA, even some agricultural scientists and advisors in the former Soviet Union collective farming administration.
   Secondly, there will be those dedicated to the organization itself. Examples are many of the administrators in the education system, many professors of education, many teachers union officials, much of the NASA headquarters staff, etc.
   The Iron Law states that in every case the second group will gain and keep control of the organization. It will write the rules, and control promotions within the organization.
