London’s population has been boosted by immigrants. Three million foreign-born people now live in the capital.

The problem isn’t non-white people per se (obviously, as if that needs to be said). The problem is immigrant monocultures. London has a huge population of immigrants from Pakistan, for example. Toronto seems to have much better balance than most cities (no one group dominates) and hence is generally a more harmonious place to live.
This happened to Houston, Texas over the last decade or so, as well. the people who pay the taxes come to work in the city from vast miles of suburban bedroom communities surrounding a core of businesses and huge numbers of a mass of humanity who would absolutely rot and riot without the money brought in by the productive class.

I have been saying for years that those responsible for the EU “vision” were going to use Europe as the social experiment in cultural homogenization which is a essential middle step to fully implementing transnational socialism.
Britain has all the culturally cohesive traits collectivist social engineers want to destroy – strong sense of national sovereignty, common language, religious consistency, pride in historic legacy of developing separately from continental europe, political stability, resistance to external agents of cultural/civil change. All this has to go to make a cohesive, productive, independent sovereign nation a willing vassal state of a collectivist union. Cultural homogenization will destroy Britain’s successful host culture and usher in an era of hegemonic entitlement chaos which will allow the transnational governing body to fully intervene in British civil/social/economic sovereign affairs.

Once upon a time the sun never set on the British Empire. After two dreadful world wars, Great Britain was bled blue and was forced to abandoned her colonies. Unfortunately for the British people, all former colonials were considered British and were therefore free to move, with ease, to Great Britain proper when things fell apart in some of the colonies. The labor government of the day(s) with the open welfare and free health/dental care policy made England a magnet for unhappy freeloaders. A country that gives itself away is not attractive to people who wish to contribute though independent success; hence, immigration brought internal conflict and squalor instead of investment, strength and prosperity. As Margaret Thatcher said, freeloading (Socialism) only ‘works’ until the bureaucrats run out of people to take money from.
Countries are foolish to invite unknown guests in to stay, for free, until they get themselves on their feet because the ‘guest’ gets comfortable and refuses to leave. Some unknown ‘guests’ never intend to ‘get on their own feet’, they are just looking for a warm place to hole up and to exist without any personal output.
When things get very bad the host, who has been providing for himself and the freeloaders, finds he cannot get rid the freeloaders (kicking out was not part of the deal) cuts his losses and leaves the place to the freeloaders. The freeloaders don’t care about the place so they use it until it is trashed and then they move on looking for another host. Nobody wins – everybody loses.
Very sad.

My money is on an upsurge in racism, hateful demagogues preaching racial purity and general rioting. It’s more fun and easier than working. Predicting death marches in the next twenty years, as centralized socialists take the path of least resistance. Muslims get to be the Jews this time.
Not much of a prediction really, Europe is long over due for a war and the signs we know from history are all there. It’s like a big sausage machine, and the handle is coming around to that spot again where the gears mesh. IMHO it’ll take a frickin miracle to keep it from happening.

Which brings up another huge issue.
Worldwide, population growth is falling dramatically. This has huge implications for whole economies. Look to Japan – a falling total population number (minus one million)is the reason Japan has been in an economic funk for two and a half decades – no pop growth, no economic growth.
Is the looming population decline also the reason American and European “stimulus” programs have not worked? Why borrow and build for the future when 20 years down the world there will be much reduced demand?
Population decline can be devastatingly deflationary. Just saying, not being judgmental to the world’s women at all.

Ahem: Note the wording. While there are lots of immigrants from less developed parts of the world, what is obscured by the wording of the article is that the majority of the immigrants in question are from places like France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy…
It’s probably no secret that I am a gunsmith and an ‘avid shooter’.
Working on a revolver I had to ream the cylinder chamber mouths to 22 cal and bought a reamer from an industrial supply company that featured ‘100% satisfaction guaranteed’ on its web site.
The reamer (made by a US company) arrived way undersized, the .224 bullets would not pass through those chamber mouths.
Called the supplier and the strong Indian accent told me that I could not return the reamer if it was used, because… behold!
Because if it was used, he would not be able to re-sell it.
Having told him that re-selling an obviously defective product would constitute fraud in my view, I hung up and drove to their local mortar and brick storefront. The Canadian fellow issued me a refund and came up with a way to ensure that replacement reamer was up to spec.
This is why, not being born in Canada, I want to deal with those who were and not with brown people, who arrive here and impose their own practices of pathological lying, insane greed and incredible arrogance.
Deport them all!

I have no problem with the skin color or country of origin per se. I do have concerns with the individual and cultural values that enter with those individuals. For too long, doormat immigration policies have created dysfunction where none should exist. Immigrate to whichever country you chose, but dump your dysfunctional attitudes at the departure gate and embrace the culture and attitudes of the country to which you are immigrating or you’ll turn your new home into the cesspool you just left.
The same goes for internal migration. If you’re moving to what was once the economic powerhouse called, Alberta in search of a job, please drop the personal and political attitudes that turned the place you’re leaving into the economic stagnant pond that drove you to leave in the first place.
