Republican hatred would reach a fever pitch, and Boehner simply doesn’t have the stones to stand up to that. (Never mind that the Senate is Democrat and would never, ever vote to convict & remove Obama.)
Besides, Republicans were betting that Americans would come to their senses and vote Obama out of office, rendering impeachment moot. Instead Americans proved themselves to be every bit as vain, slothful, and ignorant as Obama took them to be, and returned him to power. It was an act of national suicide, and the Republicans at this point are effectively powerless to stop it, and are starting to realize as much.

When first reports came in, it was suggested that the ambassador had been sodomized. I can understand that they may have kept it quiet later on, out of respect for the family of the deceased, but I think it important too, that this be clarified – either he was or wasn’t – we know that Quadaffi was, but if this is their way of treating their enemies, it is important that people know this. It says something about radical Muslims.
