Who cares ! When one of the projectiles lands then we make a big ol hole in the ground where they stood and let them know that up front and in the open .
I understand the wwIII implications and letting diplomacy take precedence over Barbarism but like so many other places on this planet I am so tired of the rhetoric and can no longer care ! I have made peace with my maker . I get it . Why are we at the mercy of these loons.
It’s like our criminal systems .here goes…….
Thug breaks law rapes your 10 year old daughter .police (paid for through your tax dollars) arrest him and you as we’ll if you dared defend your family..but for simple sake we will say your safe and sound .
Then he goes to trial (both judges jury bailiff lawyers both defence and prosecuting all paid for through your tax dollars) get’s sentenced to 5 years in prison less time served so two and a half years so now for his full sentenced the citizens must pay taxes to pay for his meals, his exersize ,education,dental work , health care operation, psychiatric evaluations, parol officer wages ,the maintenance of the facility to witch he will be housed in , his laundry soap, his shower soap ,his tooth paste, his hot water, the electricity to the building so he can read his text books late into the night educating himself, the heat for the jail in order to keep him warm.
As well any wages he earns while in jail he gets to keep , ad well his cpp contribution ,as well we must also tolerate his right to vote ……..and he get’s all of this for raping your daughter?
Not bad considering he is the criminal and not to mention all of the liberal people who are trying to normalize pedofilia and get him released saying he is no different then anyone else with an addiction….I fail to see how this is jail ? Or any semblance of a punishment of any sort.
The reason I went on this big rant is this I digress back to North Korea or any other dictator threatening war or what ever …north Korea does this crap everytime they need money from the u.s. and right now I feel like the u.s. is the ten year old girl AND her parents .
For me it is time to stop this once and for all and I have said it before let er buck!!!!

Obama will only act, as in acknowledging a new regime (Egypt, Syria, Libya) when the final end state is already clear and almost inevitable.

The problem is American voters. When you elect pussies, it’s hard to pretend on the international stage that you’re a nation of tigers.
Maybe all the other countries could use it for target practice.
I agree with James, the danger is proliferation to other rogue states. The NorKs and the Iranians already have a technology sharing treaty. The only reason that either of these two nutbar regimes would spend the money for an ICBM is to hit North America with a nuke. Given the precision of other NorK missiles, does anyone want to bet that an ICBM shot at Washington won’t take out a Canadian city instead? Ottawa is less than 500 miles away from Washington and Toronto is 355 miles away. Also there is the threat of a low-orbit Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) attack that could fry all telecom satellites, entire electric grid and the engine management computer of every vehicle built in the past 20 years.
The MSM has somehow convinced Americans that their military can solve problems for them. American soldiers have been great at taking out Grenada or Panama. Against people who fight back … well it’s been a while since they’ve won much of anything. I get really tired of the trolls mouthing the need to go blast people
Somehow it wasn’t humiliating to run scared from Vietnam, or free Iraq and Afghanistan to the point where US troops can’t go for a walk in broad daylight.

Title is a bit misleading. The layoff was happening and seniority can either take the layoff or stay – like usual anywhere nepotism or cronyism isn’t in play.
This happened to me at a factory I was just hired at in Wis. back in the late 70’s. Being the most recently hired I was at the top of the list to be laid off. As my job there was to bring out about 4 to 10 tons of wire a day on spools that weighed 10lbs to 150lbs each – no one wanted it.
32 people took a pass at staying and performing that position – they all wanted the paid vacation since coming back in 6 months was a sure thing.
I was grateful I stayed employed and could feed my young family. So, no. I don’t see this as anything relevant to the fight.
