  1. @ Ken (Kulak) – speaking of the Soviet Union, that women standing next to Villaingarosa must be a political commisar sent to the podium by the Party to ensure the platform vote went the right way – as a tactical maneuver, of course.

  2. Agree with first timer regarding the open ended question. One simply cannot ask a more open ended question than the one that was asked. Durbin plainly was all deer-in-the-headlights since he hadn’t been given the script and didn’t know which power broker he might offend with an unscripted answer.
The second video is the real life illustration of Stalin’s dictum: “Who votes is not as important as who counts the votes.”

  3. I read previously that the venue was small this year, but WOW that’s small! This has the feel of a Potempkin village set up in a hurry and on a very tight budget. Like the Chicago gang can’t get any help from the rest of the Dems, so they have to make a sausage and a head of cabbage look like a turkey dinner.
Barry must be chewing the carpet by now! BWAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!! Man I hope he freakin’ snaps during his speech. That would be -awesome!-

  4. Holy crap! That Wasserman-Schultz lady is certainly challenged by the truth. What a (insert extreme female insult)!

Negative, scar. Your “extreme female insult” is useful, and serves a purpose. Whatshername Schlitz does neither. It’s all in the perspective!

  6. DWS is like one of those greasy whores you tackle when your drunk, and in a long slump.
As soon as you’re done, you gargle with kerosene and take TWO showers.

  7. Just an FYI: this kind of jam down could and has happened in both the LPc And the NDP, but would be impossible in the CPC, WP SP and I presume the BCCP. I am a regular delegate to the first two and can vouch for the tightness of the rules regarding policy and constitutional matters. (the tea party wants to put in in place similar structures).

  8. Now we know what “Hope and Change” really mean: I, the One who will heal the planet, hope for the best but when the worst happens, I change things real fast!

  10. Sorry for the double post — though it does bear repeating! The first comment didn’t show up at first. ;-(

  11. The Democratic Party was against God before it was for him.
Classic line used by both parties about flip-flops … the jokes have started already.

  12. School children could have held a better vote.
As for DWS. She comes from bizarro land where everything is backwards.
    The perfect Kapo.

  13. Maybe, just maybe, people should leave the decision regarding what city ought to be the capital of Israel to…the Israelis? Just a thought.

  14. Report circulating that the insert of God and Jerusalem back into the document was commanded by the Whitehouse! This is why I watch Fox cable – Brit scars the shit out of Dems because he doesn’t lob them marshmellows – Obama refuses to be interviewed by Brit after the 1st time.

  15. What chaos? It looks like some Moms kicked their kids out of the basement for a day.
Was listening to this on the radio in the US. It needs a lot more play between now and November and then get dragged out everytime the Dems resist adult-sized fixes for the problems.
