The young woman is walk the streets of the capital, equipped with a hidden camera, and compiles the result in a film entitled “women of the street”.

Aside from which, having in lived in 3 large cities (Montreal, Chicago and NYC) I have YET to see or hear construction worker DO that outside of movies.

A. It’s pretty rare (Surprise, construction guys are busy)

What you’re trying to do is export the atmosphere of fear and suspicion one finds in hospitals and offices these days into the rest of society. Hospitals particularly are places where men regularly get set upon by packs of Davenport clones if they even look like they might be thinking about saying something. Its an unpleasant environment that leads to men calling 911 and then leaning back to watch the show when women get harassed/attacked/molested or otherwise inconvenienced.

Its mostly an Italian thing. Some Italian guys will whistle at an old grandma with a walker. They think it will cheer her up. If Grandma is Italian they’re usually right too.
