  5. Sadly, probably upwards of 130 Million Americans believe he is one of the best presidents ever. And around the world, the percentage in each country may be even higher.
    If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life it’s that is that most Leftists are entirely incapable of Self-Awareness. Put another way, they can’t see their own faults and know no limits to their own arrogance.

  9. I disagree,respectfully, with The President,he’s not fourth,he’s NUMBER ONE!
    Why? Well,the others weren’t born into slavery like Barack,and didn’t have to fight for freedom for all their people,like Barry!
    First, he had to battle his way up from the ghettos of Chicago,and work in odd jobs such as line cook at KFC where he developed his love for fried chicken, to pay his way through Universities,eventually graduating from Harvard with honors!
    Barry then cleaned up the streets of Chicago,and paid the utility bills for all Black Americans!
    What a guy!
    Obama in 2012,America deserves no less!

    TRUE, Robert W. In fact, I have a sense that Obama is the left’s Reagan. We’ve all known people of the left, even friendlies, who are utterly mystified over our hero worship of Reagan, who would laugh out loud at our tearing up (which I never fail to do) hearing those words, “Mr Gorbachev, tear down this wall.”.
    Actually, according to certain metrics, Obama may well be the 4th greatest president. Hold the tomatoes!
    40 years ago, I worked with a yankee ex-pat who was enthralled with LBJ: his metric was the sheer amount of legislation he got done. Clearly, the ability to bring in ObamaCare and the nationalization of big auto etc., is legislative achievement in the order of LBJ’s “Great Society”.
    Remember, “great men” doesn’t mean, swell men, wonderful accomplished chaps. It means IMPACT: How transformative they were. How they changed their countries (whether for good or ill). Hitler and Stalin were “great men”.

    Foreign policy accomplishments? Stabbed the Czechs and Poles in the back to get no concessions from the Russians. Letting the hardcore Islamists get control of Egypt and Libya. Not standing up to Iran. Withdrawing all troops from Iraq. Still sending aid money to the Pakistani government despite Bin Laden having lived there for over five years. Betraying Israel at every turn. A Chinese ‘boomer’ fired an ICBM off the shore of California and the Obama administration did nothing.
    Domestic policy, well FDR prolonged the depression by meddling
    with private industry and Obama is doing the same thing.

    With respect, Rev, (and Merry Christmas!), he’s not a Muslim. He’s sympathetic to Islam because he’s anti-American. Many people find the concept of an anti-Amierican American President odd. These people did not grow up around academics. Obama is typical of the rootless, atheist, “marxiologist” (to steal a word coined by a conservative-leaning professor of my aquaintance) radical academic flotsam you find oozing from evey orifice of our bloated-to-popping-point university system. (Reading Marx is taxing and would cut into Obama’s golf schedule, and anyway Marx wrote, like, 100 years ago or something, so it’s all really outdated and hard to understand. Think “marxiologist”.)
    His narcissism is just a plus. Also, does he strike anyone else as being medicated half the time? I could be wrong of course but I’ve often gotten that sense when I force myself to watch him.

  18. I look for President Obama to move beyond his natural shyness and humble nature this election cycle. Confident in the magnificent job he has done in his first term, expect the President to highlight his record and all but ignore the Republican candidate.
    Having come to terms with his utter awesomeness, President Obama will no longer hide his brilliance with a cloak of humility.
    Watch for it.
