Clearing the streets

News from France:

Beginning this evening at midnight (12 am September 16 – EBD) holding Muslim prayers in the streets of Paris will be prohibited. The announcement was made by France’s Interior Minister, Claude Gueant, in an interview published today by the daily Le Figaro, which noted that ‘use of force’ against those not complying with the regulation had not been ruled out.

Those who would cry “racism!” or call for greater accommodation surely know in their heart of hearts that if large groups of Christians had been blocking streets and sidewalks with mass prayers the practice would have been stopped years ago.

  1. Please don’t tell Alex to shut his mouth. If he does, he’ll damage his boyfriend’s dick. You wouldn’t want that on your conscience.

  2. I don’t care if you’re Muslim, Christian, Jew, Hindu, Native, Black, Japanese, White, Gay, Lesbian or just an idiot…get off the G_d-DAMN STREET!
    caa

  3. “I don’t usually dispense advice, Alex, but it seems to me that when a rageful naysayer has been proven wrong on his essential and, well, only point – the point on which his entire argument rests – and then proceeds in his response to completely elide this on-the-record mistake, opting instead to regroup for yet another extemporized, inane, rageful, factually incorrect point, he’s kinda lost the high ground. Am I wrong about that, Alex? ”
Yeah, you are. I’ve provided several other examples which you conveniently avoid. Showing that one of my examples is questionable doesn’t invalidate the argument. Nor is it “regrouping for yet another point” when I provide a further example of the same thing which was originally being discussed. Are you really unable to comprehend something so simple?
If you can show why my other examples are invalid, do so – otherwise be a man and admit that you’re wrong.

  4. When I was at university the muzzies would regularly pray in the hallways and would not get out of the way when you tried to walk by. In some cases there would be 40-50 completely blocking the hallways with their backsides up in the air. It was the praying in the hallways combined with their unbridled arrogance that together told me everything I needed to know about muzzies.
In my entire life I have never once had a Christian block my way because said Christian insisted on praying on the pathway I was walking on.
Therein lies one of the big differences between Christians and muzzies – muzzies think they are superior to non-muzzies and any non-muzzie is dirt. Christians in general do not think they are superior to non-Christians.

  5. Name one Muslim country that allows its city streets to be blocked for prayer each day, or even each Friday.
    Answer – Zip, zero, nada……..
What a bunch of pissed on gullible peasants the west has become.
Muslims can’t believe their luck landing on western soil and wiping their ass’s in western faces every day, and in so many comically humiliating ways. It is about mass humiliation of the west. Of course all those cultural academics in their multicultural bliss knew this all along, right? Yea ok.
    Pathetic sums it up nicely.

  6. Was going to take a little time to slam dunk the troll AGAIN, but see everyone else has already done a tidy job of it on this thread.
    good job.

  7. @Red Jeff
“why can’t worshipers practice elsewhere? A park? … Are there limitations in Islam that force this display? And by extension imposition on others?”
Prophet Muhammed said: “The entire land is a mosque.” Prayers can be offered anywhere, subject to the following limitations:
    1. The law of the land must be obeyed, even if the rulers are non-Muslims.
2 The law of the land must be obeyed, even if adherents of other religions do not do so.
    3. Streets are for travel, not worship. Inconveniencing or antagonizing people is forbidden.
Anyone who thinks Islam has extended a carte blanche to Muslims should study Islamic injunctions first-hand.
