This thread is not about politics. The Casey Anthony trial was. Now she is a preditor of unatural actions. Only humans plan the killing of there own offspring. Though some animals eat there own progeny. Those you put down as well. As for the jurers, they pretty well summed up their ignorance while speaking out.
This is just a story about 2 animals confined for days with no food.
How you roll in this debate is hardly political.
If the dogs had attacked people I have absolutly no problem with a bullit to the head, or any other animal including a Human.

coach, I just looked up Hartwell. People do resort to cannibalism in such situations. I wouldn’t shun the poor man; we’re not talking about Jeffrey Dahmer here.
Just to add to that Black Mamba, Mr. Lee is still alive and kicking – he killed and ate a man on a Greyhound Bus – with an audience. Policemen in that audience had guns.
The Shelties were trapped, stressed out and desperate – the question is: if a man was starving would other people condemn him for eating his faithful dogs? Many Northern dog mushers would have perished if they had not killed and eaten their faithful dogs and some cowboys in the past had to eat their faithful horse. Why are we condemning these Shelties who were left in desperate straits by careless owners?
My dogs would be most welcome to my rotting corpse if they needed it to survive. I would want them to survive on the empty container I was no longer using and to have good lives in my absence.
