  1. Another good reason to stick with paper, pencil, and two keeners watching the ballot box.

  2. Thanks for that Kate. I have a friend in Brookfield who will be happy not to be disenfranchised.

  3. Ken (Kulak)
    […….Is she a member of Acorn?……]
    Or SEIU?
SEIU counted the votes that gave Harry Reid more votes than voters……..

  4. BREAKING NEWS!!!!!
lefty libs heads exploding all over the USA
hopefully this is a dress rehearsal for 2012

  5. I’ve been following this very closely and it’s been a great drama. I would have given anything to have been sitting in a bar full of union folks when they announced the finding of 7300 votes. Hopefully videos of the union celebrations being inturrupted with the announcement will start surfacing.

  6. Apparently the votes were recorded but did not save in the spreadsheet. When they checked the total they discovered the uncounted votes from one district.
The woman in charge said she was responsible and the final result verified by the Dem. representative at the presser. There were sad journalists present.

  7. I think the inference is that she waited until the democrats cheated to ensure a slight victory then she released the misplaced votes that really were actual votes.
    Democrats outfoxed themselves.

  8. Yes, Jay is correct.
In close races the Dems wait until they know what the initial results are and then manufacture enough votes to overcome the Reps’ small lead but not enough (like a 10,000 vote landslide) to be obviously fraudulent. (This on top of their ACORN-esque ordinary same-day registration frauds etc.) You may recall all the “missing” votes being “discovered” in the Franken mess in the many weeks of the official recount.
By honest error or strategy, Ms Nickolaus revealed the missing pro-Republican county’s results after the Dems had shot their falsifying wad so they wouldn’t be able either to cheat their way to a narrow victory on the initial counts (Kloppenburg declaring victory yesterday on what? a 40 vote margin) or to discover enough “missing ballot boxes” over a week or two of an official automatic recount to overcome the real votes finally tallied as the Rep now had over a 7,000 vote margin of victory. The Dems can’t find 8,000 missing votes overnight to overcome the unexpected tally being revealed.
And I don’t know the official figure, but if the margin of victory is enough (and apparently the 7,582 votes qualifies), then there isn’t an automatic recount.
    Ace has alot on it:

    Including this Ann Althouse post:

  9. Addendum: Kloppenburg had had a 240-vote margin (not 40) before the missing county’s votes were reported.

  10. Anyone who wants to really gloat should follow fat bastard Mike Moore on twitter, or find a source that’s posted them. Apparently he’s quivering with anger, sadness and frustration.
