It was an amazing game and a well deserved win for Amber and crew. They will represent Canada well!

Looked for awhile like we were doomed to repeat the GREEN curse one more time.
Have to hand it to Amber with her Never Say Die approach, the tenacity of her team, and the absolute class she exhibited.
BTW, not a big fan of Jones, but I thought she too showed great class in relinquishing the crown.

Alberta’s team didn’t play very well so Holland turned out to be a great choice to back in the playoffs. The 3 ender in the sixth gave us all hope. Congratulations to them and good luck at the World Championships.

Yes, the pressure’s on Pat Simmons now for sure. Not only SK without a Briar win since 1980, the worlds are in Regina this year.

Jenny Jones is still hotter. Sorry, but if I’m not playing myself (or drinking) I just can’t get into this game.
Kinda like watching golf for me. So I just look at the cute chicks playing. Maybe that’s what football and baseball watching is like for some women…

Gotta love curling, especially women’s curling.
Somebody edited out the best part, and that was when TSN showed Jennifer Jones with both her hands raised above her head in a celebratory pose as she intially made contact with the Saskatchewan stone, only then lowering her arms in slow motion and her big bright smile turning into disbelief. Maybe some of the horror in her face was due to the thought of having to play Cathy “O” just to get out of Manitoba next year!
Move along Jenn, I’ve had my fill.

Nah it’s not jealousy. I was a fan in the past. I just don’t think Jones a very nice person. Last year at the provincials in Gimli she behaved shamefully against a young team that was just happy to be there competing against her. Jones had the opposing skip, this poor kid that was probably a fan, reduced to tears. She also isn’t very nice to her teammates.
As for her profession and beauty? I could care less. She’s a lawyer. And take a close look at her.
