Now is the time at SDA when we juxtapose!
Newbusters, May 2010 – New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg agreed the Times Square car bombing was likely “homegrown” as he proceeded, in an interview excerpt run on Monday’s CBS Evening News, to speculate it could have been placed by “somebody with a political agenda who doesn’t like the health care bill or something. It could be anything.”

First ! Kate for PM ! Merry Christmas !
Bloomberg…another useful idiot that would be amongst the first to be beheaded under a sharia regime
What will it take for the appeasers to get the fact that there is war being fought?

What part of “They’re on the other side” do you not understand?
RE: The airline pilot.
I seem to recall that Jon Wong of the Mope and Wail did something similar a few years back: carrying a pair of “forbidden” nail clippers, and a few other innocuous but proscribed items on a flight, to show how porous and undependable the Kabuki theatre of airline security is. (I also seem to recall that she was roundly castigated here for doing so, but I digress..)
As the pilot points out, the highly trained and almost all ex-US military commercial pilots have to go through screenings and searches in order to board a plane, but the lowly paid and unskilled baggage crews are allowed full access to planes’ cargo areas with nothing more than a plastic card swipe. I’ve often wondered about the wisdom of this process; it seems backassward to me.
Who is more likely to have a grievance against society? Who is more likely to be tempted by cash payoffs? Who is more likely to believe the swarthy fellow offering him $10,000 to stash a 10-kg package on a plane, telling him “It’s only hashish”? The skilled commercial pilot with a six-figure salary, or the unskilled baggage handler making a few dollars more than minimum wage? I know what my answer is.
Every month or so, I read about another bust at Malton, where some amount of drugs or other contraband is found. In many cases, ground crew were involved. Smugglers, however unsavoury their motives, are not stupid. They wouldn’t keep attempting to smuggle stuff by planes if it didn’t work frequently. They write off the occasional bust as a cost of doing business.
Muslim terrorists have to be killing themselves laughing at Western air security. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before they find a way to insert an effective bomb into someone’s rectum; they’ll only have to do it once, and then they can guffaw endlessly as Western passengers complain but submit to anal probes before boarding. In the meantime, they’ll be building a large sleeper network among ground crews so that they can plan a massive event where they blow up 50 or 100 planes at once. And Napatolino, or her successors, will get up before the press and say, basically, “Wha’ happened?”.

I wonder if the screening process will ever start screening for people who might blow up planes as opposed to things that might blow up planes.
Anyone who thinks we are not all at war with our enemies within is naive.
They are winning.
We think when Rush Limbaugh wins a point or when Glenn Beck reveals another one of Soros’ phony charities that we are gaining ground. We aren’t … that is all media fluff.
Real war is behind the curtain or veil or whatever, and we had better starting peeking.
Check out how Soro’s organization has already infiltrated and taken over Vancouver’s city hall and commie mayor Robertson.

Ya .. that’s right …. the Tides Foundation … Soros.
Blomberg’s news agency is trying to get exclusive rights to the middle east so,follow the money.
Re: Bloomberg
A couple of years ago this story would have shocked me. But in BO’s America this is just status quo.
BTW, there is a nice difference between Canada and the USA here. In the USA, the MSM will try first to ignore this story, then aid in spinning it for Bloomberg. In Canada, the MSM would aid in spinning it first, and then ignore it.
so. american authorities are still shooting the messenger?
when did that start? John Paul Jones maybe?
has NOTHING to do with barak obama.

That’s what irks me the most. The laughing. I’m remembering the Germans in Fawlty Towers, “how ever did they win the war?”.
I’ve been a bit slow on getting this, but it really doesn’t matter if they succeed in a terror attack. The mere attempt does us in.

Here is a man who totally gets government regulation. It’s a show, a let’s make believe we’re looking after the public schtick. And KevinB, nick’s comment speaks to my basic argument on the FCC-Internet thread.
That pilot was doing everybody a favour. Give him a raise!
Merry Christmas.
Most folks at this point fail to understand the way colaborators/fraternizers were dragged out and shot, hung or had their heads shaved as the Allied armies advanced across Europe.
Vigilanate justice/extrajudicial to be sure but warrented.
There is a de facto war underway and make no mistake about it.
Expect this here if an emotional event occurs….
And you can expect these Quislings to turn on each other.
