  11. My favourite comment posted on that linked site was the Grandfather who said he is seriously considering filing a complaint that the video so traumatized his Grandchildren that now they are afraid to go to school in case the teacher blows them up.
    Sadly “Jamie Glover, the child-actor who plays the part of Philip and gets blown up, has similarly few qualms: “I was very happy to get blown up to save the world.”
    Hmm – where have we heard that sentiment before?

    Reverend Joanna Jepson, the other guest, was left stunned in amazement at the comments. She was born with a severe birth defect, since corrected in a minor surgery, that left her top and bottom jaws considerably out of alignment. She has advocated for the rights of disabled children who are targeted for abortions even for minor issues such as a cleft palate.”

    I encountered Mead at Guelph in the ’60’s…she seemed to have a stench of sulphur even then….Margaret Meads scholarship has now been discredited—but in the ’60’s she was another icon like Atwood……
    Why are they seem to be always Margarets or Virginias?
    Perhaps it’s the political environment which causes this filth to rise to the surface…1930’s redux.
