  1. You saw that map thing, eh? The lines in Detroit and Chicago are so sharp they look like there’s a city zoning rule about who lives where.
If you look at Phoenix AZ there’s little pockets of Hispanic-only in the great sea of Everybody Including Hispanics, so I guess Arizona didn’t get the memo.
    Damn redneck cowboy racists!

  2. This is more evidence that ‘likes’ attract. It is human nature, something that Liberals do not understand.
Multiculturalism cannot work because our human nature won’t put up with it.
That is why we originally created countries with borders. To keep the ‘wogs’ out. If anyone knows of another reason we have countries, I am listening.

  3. Abe, take a look at my blog, see the map of phoenix AZ contrasted with Chicago.
Recall that AZ is mostly Republican, Chicago is Chicago Machine DemoncRat. Where a certain community organizer got his training in how to unify the country.
    Is there a pattern forming?

  4. Phantom,
What I see on the AZ map is an absence of Negroes. They aren’t cowboys I guess. However, I do see a coagulation of Hispanics one area with a sprinkling throughout. Many Hispanics don’t look like non whites … look a lot like Mediterranean types.
I also believe that many, if not most, Hispanics want to assimilate into the American culture. African-Americans seem to prefer having Americans morph into …. Africans, or Muslims.
However, I agree that the Right is by far, less racist than the Left.

  5. It’s very good news that the Justice Department story made the front page of the Washington Post. I don’t think that it would have made the front page ten years ago or even five. We’re making progress. Perhaps we’re even on our way to winning.

  6. Forced multiculturalism never works. In order for people of different races, cultures or languages to get along, there has to be common ground, not a ridiculous, unproven sentiment. Liberals wanting different groups to get along (while they stay in their lily-white, unilingual circles) doesn’t mean that they will. We’ve seen finger-pointing, “white guilt” and victim groups but no real effort for people just to be people. I think if you take the political correctness out of the equation and demand that people behave in a certain way, you might just see a marked improvement.
    Just my thoughts.

  7. Abe, if you go to the Flickr site and view the large size Phoenix picture, you’ll see plenty of blue dots scatted among the red and yellow dots.

Phoenix has lots of black people. Phoenix does not have a black -neighborhood-. AKA There ain’t no ghetto.
There -is- a bad part of town. South Phoenix is a place where one does not go unarmed, or at night. You will hear gunshots pretty much every night in South Phoenix. There is a ton of crime down there and people are poor. Lots of gangs, drugs, hookers and what have you.
Unlike Detroit or Chicago or NYC, -all- the black people do not live in south Phoenix. Nor even all the illegal Mexicans, of whom there are many.
So, pretty much most of the “facts” we keep hearing on TV about race, crime and socio-economic status are demonstrated to be 100% BS by one map.

  8. Osumashi Kinyobe: Agreed: “Forced multiculturalism never works. In order for people of different races, cultures or languages to get along, there has to be common ground, not a ridiculous, unproven sentiment.”
Without exaggerating, if you want to see genuine multiculturalism that works, look at the Catholic Church.
As James Joyce said about the church that multicultural-loving, progressives love to hate: Here comes everybody.

  9. This is the progressive utopia in action. Liberals establish an artificial, and ever-changing, hierarchy of victim groups. The higher up the pyramid a victim group, the greater trumping ability. For example, “Islam is the new gay” (to quote Mark Steyn). All things Muslim trump anything related to gay or womens’ rights (for example). White, male, Christian men are, of course, at the very bottom of the pyramid.
With the NBPP case, this liberal approach to society has simply moved into officialdom, in this case the DOJ. With people believing in the Liberal victim hierarchy heading up the top ranks of the DOJ, of course they’re not going to pursue cases where victims are white, and the perps are black. It strikes them as absurd to even consider it. That’s how messed up liberals are.

  10. White, male, English only speaking, Christian men are, of course, at the very bottom of the pyramid.
    FIFY

  11. Batb, bingo.
When I visited Nagasaki, there were any number of services for Korean visitors at Catholic centres. Why? Because they shared a common interest. A diocesan letter in Osaka was sent out encouraging Japanese repentance for wrongs committed against the Koreans. Here you have examples of people addressing their problems and getting along on some level (you didn’t need a government program to do it!). Go to any Catholic church and you will see any number of ethnic or linguistic groups chumming around.
The Trudeau concept of multiculturalism doesn’t take into account the difference of other cultures or groups, insists on blaming “white” culture (whatever that means) for everything and never encourages groups to fix their problems or adjust their behaviour.
It is rather crudely said that if wishes were horses, we would all be knee-deep in crap. Well- liberals must be swimming in it.

  12. I live in a village of 300 people. We have whites, blacks, Koreans, natives and mid easterners. We also have 4 churches. For a small town in Alberta that would be accused of being “red-neck” purely on location, size and voting preference, we are the ideal peaceful easy going community. There are no ghettos and everyone pitches in.
I’m more inclined to believe that segregation and inequalities are a bigger issue in cities where most of the socialist voting blocks reside.

  13. “The Tolerant Left
    They’ll fix America like they’ve fixed Detroit…..”
….Like they fixed the ejucashin sistum

  14. Knacker: “I’m more inclined to believe that segregation and inequalities are a bigger issue in cities …”
… and you’d be right, Knacker, although, truth to tell, not so much at church. I was in church this morning in downtown Toronto, where there were people from two to 92, and every ethnic group you can think of.
Osumashi Kinyobe, Trudeau did a real number on us in Canada. His beard was multiculturalism which he used in order to “rid” Canada of our British and Judeo-Christian heritage in order to forward his pro-Francophone, socialist agenda. I’ve watched it all happen, but when he initiated it, I was too young to understand what he was doing — or to be able to put it in context.
Many moons later, it’s very clear what he was about.

  15. I still don’t get it who cares if black’s and white’s or asian an hispanics don’t like or want to live together in blissful harmony WHO CARES as long as they are not killing each other or raping or physically harming each other who cares .
Why is this an issue if black panthers want to dominate and enslave white women and make the whitem an work the cotton fields ohh well they can feel that way as stupid as it is they can call for reparations they can do al of that and it doesn’t bug me one bit i just laugh at the stupidity of it all .
we are so far gone with multiculturalism that even if we feel that way as a huge majority to bad ..what are you or i gonna do short of packing up and moving to all of our native countries and kicking ever non native out of our home countries we are F#$kED iti s to late the enemy is behind the gates not at them that is why i am all for sweden having every right to kick out any or everyone it deems as not swedish …same goes for south africa get the british out of there even though tey conqured it who cares get out ….now when it comes to canada and the u.s. i would shift my view slightly becaseu we were multicultural from the get go say the french and natives in caanda then the scots and british and it just grew .and the u.s. as well
so i would focus on our law’s and constitution’s
if you come from india ,or some other place where head gear is part of your religion when you come here you follow our rules and laws if you don’t or can’t then get out and go back .
but now instead we are turning into a muslims state here in north america and why i don’t know we have a right to enforce our rules and laws AND culture upon anyone who decides to come be a guest and possibly assimilate into our culture we here in north america have no right to tell your culture what to do in your countries so don’t tell us what to do in ours . and if you want to be here as aposed to your country then you play by our rules . i am not sure at what point in our history this changed but it blows my mind !!!

  16. I agree with some posters here that churches are the microcosm of “multiculturalism.” I go to a church in Vancouver that is very inclusive — Whites, Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, Filipinos, Blacks, Hispanics, etc. We definitely don’t need any government policy to socially engineer society to be more multicultural. What we need are more churches to bridge the divide between all cultures.
I would be interested to see the racial divisions in our own cities here in Canada. I am a Conservative supporter; however, too bad they cut the census. Now we don’t have this data.

  17. Fascinating Statistics….Boy can’t wait for the freaks (A mythical Programmer AKA as a raped Ape) to create a fantasy world.
    1. Decide Court Cases (like they tried Gore vs Bush, but have embedded into UN International Law)
    2. Decide Elections…why vote
    3. Decide when you die.. Obama/GE health
What are we going to do with all that free time?

  18. Expect lots and lots of investigations once the GOP gets control of the house (and god willing, the senate) and begins striking investigating committees left and right. Talk about a target-rich environment.

J, they did not cut the census. No changes were made to the short census (although the short census does not contain ethnicity questions). The long census was changed to optional from mandatory which, arguably, will improve accuracy. Point being, the data will continue.
Some will argue the in-depth questions on the long census are invasive and unnecessary for census purposes, but that’s another topic.

  20. J@7:15PM. FYI they didn’t cut the census. They simply changed the rules so it is no longer a criminal offense if one does not answer all the questions on the long form and instead chooses to only fill out the short form.

  21. J, a determined enough search of available data on any Canadian will turn up what breakfast cereal they like, never mind what race they are.
The census is a political football. The CPC made the long form voluntary instead of mandatory, big whup. The long form only went to 1/10th of housholds anyway, so depending on that you only get to know the race of 1/10th of the people in a given area, randomly selected.
There’s lots better data available than the census for Canada. Like driver’s licenses! Or OHIP cards, social insurance cards, credit cards…

  22. The two biggest determinants since 1945 of a states economic prosperity:
    Right to work legislation
Air conditioning is used more than heating
Michigan and more acutely Detroit has neither in the extreme.

  23. J says, ‘too bad they cut the census. Now we don’t have this data.’
Looks like another spoon-fed MSM swallower.
That change has yet to be implemented, and won’t be in effect until the next census takes place. Furthermore, as pointed out by others above, the mandatory short form still exists, and the more inclusive long form that had been imposed on 25% of the citizenry has been changed to a voluntary system where it is offered to 33% of us. One would think this should actually please the sheeple, but apparently not.
Had to shake my head a couple of weeks ago when John Gormley had some historian on his talk show bemoaning the disastrous effects the cancelling of the long-form census would have on our society.
//Why, if it were not for the info provided in the 1911 census (I’m plucking dates here and using generalizations) we’d never have known… and it would’ve been lost from history… that ‘Henry Jones planted 245 acres of crop, had 8 horses 4 cows and 3 pigs, his wife had a baby bringing the family number to seven, they had a black hired hand from Oklahoma with a wife and two children, etc. etc.// What crappola!
    Well, a couple of points:
    1) Much of the census data is confidential, and not disclosable for many years.
    2) The data provided back then was not comprehensive, so the 80% who didn’t provide info would never be in the statistics.
    3) Our ‘historian’ fails to recognize that research into family and community history in recent years has been a growth industry, and in this genealogical internet age, we have a more accurate record than we’ve ever had. An accessable, permanent record available to all.
The hysteria is contrived? Say what?

  24. I’d like to see a similar map for Iran regarding Homosexuals.
It would be interesting to see if Iran has gay people or not.

  25. Crowder’s video is awesome. Absolute desolation…I had no idea it was THAT bad. America’s dirty little secret.
