  1. And that’s how job creation works in California. Next on the agenda, how many angels can dance on the head of a pin?

  2. did anybody take a gander at the westboro baptist visit to palo alto ‘mewrcury news’ video?
    “God hates Jews”
oy vey, like they don’t know Jesus the Saviour is Jewish ?
let me just file that news clip under right wing religious ultra-extremism.

  3. Moonbats!
    Empty coffers? Not to worry.
MTV will hold another fundraiser hosted by George.
(O’Reilly is trying to find out where the Haitian fund is going.

  4. The California governments of all sizes obviously don’t think that they have run out of other people’s money.
    Why would that be?
Is there anything that the plebeians can do?
When are they going to stop digging?

  5. Why didn’t they spend their time and money protecting the real moon landing tapes.
Those are gone without a trace.
    No video proof. Nice.
Mankind’s “greatest” achievement, and you lose the proof.
I think mankind’s greatest achievement will be the prosecution and jailing of all the various hoaxers and swindlers. Global warming, Bankers, and Nasa alike!

  6. Try reading the h/t if you need your head exploded for some unknown reason.
“provides that the only times that consumers may decline a check and inflate service—they can never decline the service if it’s offered for free—is when they are charged for services AND if they can PROVE (with DOCUMENTATION!) that they’ve had their tires checked and inflated in the last 30 days……….”
“the potential penalty for violating the regulation is at least up to $1,000 per violation and six months imprisonment.”
The Onion is gonna be going after these folks for copyright infringment……

  7. in reference to Robert B’s link…
WTF are those federally mandated tire monitors for? This leftistlation is completely out of step with current technology.

  8. I suppose California is going to send illegal aliens to do maintenance the moon site now since Owebama said that the Americans weren’t going to the moon.

  9. Perhaps California could fund a moon mission to install one of those nice plaques. . . . oh, and a porta-potty for the visitors . . . wheelchair accessible of course.

  10. I think this is all a culmination of what started many years ago, and a defining moment I think was the LA riots which saw many upper and middle class white (and black, as they are also victims of black crime) head for points north, especially Oregon and the areas around Seattle, etc.. These were replaced largely by illegal immigrants, drug dealers and stragglers from the east hoping to build the American Dream in what had fast become a nightmare. Too bad really, it’s suitable only for the affected Hollywood elite, their bodyguards and walled communities.

  11. Larben: Let me be clear(heard that before?)
You are right. Why not airlift all the Haitans
there. Send the Red Cross to California
Then we would have them all in one place. They could knock down the walls to the gated rich
Real estate prices would rise, jobs would be created repairing the damage, creating income tax what a panacea! America would be saved!

  12. The moon landing site, and what was left there, had some historical value to the state. It kind of fits that some of the things they mean to protect are bags of human waste.
