  1. This is the not so hidden opinion of the Academic world (Harvard) It was last year that an economist (BC) testified before the Canadian Senate.. “That Retirement funds be used for upgrading the Maritimes from Coal to Windmills”
It is not coincidental that today’s news is the huge losses in retirement funds…Maybe a goggle search of the original supporters of Y2kyoto may find some of those funds… (heavily invested in Carbon Credits)
Truth is always stranger than fiction

  2. Children should be kept in a pickle barrel and fed through the hole until they turn 16 years. After which you should plug the hole. –Mark Twain–

  3. I realise it’s the fashion to hate one’s parents (at least with leftist twits) but really, people who’ve fed and tolerated you can’t be that bad.
Strangers who love dirt more than people, not so.

  4. Liz May is a riches to rags story. Does she want us all to follow her example?
    What a pathetic old hippy!

  5. Larry Bennett – a while ago the phrase “white men in suits” became quite the perjorative tag; and as someone occasionally thus attired, I was concerned that I was at risk of becoming a target of hate.
But I got over it, no CHRC complaint filed.

  6. The “Pantheism,” as John Chittick aptly characterized it, spawned in the 60’s, has coalesced into a mass-movement of Moonie-like environmentalists for whom self-righteousness is the foundation of their faith. These self-righteous crusaders are indeed, as Erik put it, “parasites on the host.”
“Pantheistic parasites on the host” – that pretty much sums them up.
    Truly vile.

  7. Next time lizzy mae wants to use the BC Ferries boat to get off Saltspring Island to the mainland, or all that airtravel from Ottawa to BC on weekends…(should she ever(shudder) win a seat)will she do her part by either walking or swimming ?
Hmmm…as for the swim part…she does have webbed feet and a big flat tail, non?!!

  8. I think the largest source of Greenhouse Gas these days is Elizabeth May. She can’t separate herself from polluting her own atmosphere and ours too, especially during this weekend’s turkey-fuelled extravaganza. Time for a few more bars with PM Stephen Harper at the piano, this time doing Yellow Submarine and finding that “Sea of Green.”

  9. Love how MSM wants to have it both ways. On the one hand, arguing that the GP is a mainstream party in that they should be included in the debates. On the other, not holding them accountable for this type of offensive advertising by actually reporting on it, like they would if the F word was used in an ad on a CPoC-affiliated youth wing website.

  10. Elizabeth May, born in 1954 in Hartford Conn.
Why doesn’t she go and try to screw up her own country. We have enough of our own here.

  11. The problem is, all the houses have the same address.
I would challenge her to destroy her drivers licence, never use any transportation except walking (I would at least give her a bike so she could peddle off some of that erxtra weight.) The day any of these enviroMENTALists – in mass – burn their drivers licence, cut off all utilities – I would at least give them water – and use an outhouse, then I might decide to take them seriously.
As stated above in several comments, They love the “evil” advances mankind has made, will not give any of them up, and expect the children to make sacerfices that they would never consider.

  12. Every Conservative candidate in the upcoming Iggnolection should hand these out with a request for donations to the CPC. How could anyone in their right mind say no?

  14. Could one of you brave souls who went to the site tell me if they have a comments section? I hate to give a hit to garbage if they don’t.

    Obumble seems to have a den of dolts doing just that, although I’m sure there’s always room for one more ;-}

  16. Ok I am not one to oppose Free-Speech but this is a political party, and this is way beyond bad taste it is anti-societal and potentially damaging to the fabric of the family based model of morality we embrace.
This is a hate your parents justification. It should not be censored but it should be loudly condemned by our political leaders at all levels of Government.

  17. I sent this to my MP:
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family from ours, in South Calgary.
I found this website of the Young Greens, Green Party of Canada that you and your government might like to know is making the rounds of Johnny Web:
    http://youth.greenparty.ca/en/
I’m all for free speech and such, even to the dismantling of the CHRC and removal of Section (13)1 by your government. The sooner the better.
That way the more publicity stuff like this gets in the media, the better. Canadians can then make up their own minds without government supervision on pressing issues of the day.
Perhaps your government could raise this issue in the HoC and have MP’s from the currently elected Parties discuss the merits of this claim by the Green Party of Canada.
    Sincerely,
    xxxxxxxxx & Family

  18. I’d like to see Elizabeth May “Go Home, Yankee!”
This woman and her message are toxic. So, now that she’s moved West, after burning her broomstick in the East, can we call her the Wicked Witch of the West?
(In the movie, the Wicked Witch of the East and the Wicked Witch of the West were SISTERS. In the Deranged Dominion, they’re the same person! Yikes!)

  19. My generation blamed everything on our parents, too. But, as I’ve already said, most of us grew up. That’s why I think the Greens will never form a viable political party in this country. By the time baby Greenies grow up, they will no longer be Green.
Wasn’t it Laytoon’s party that wanted to lower the voting age? Same reason. Grown-ups don’t vote for parties whose platforms are based on childish fantasies.

and let that be a poison ivy leaf. ‘course the ‘wired’ generation wouldnt know poison ivy from a maple leaf.
further to the question who f*cked up the plant, I used to subscribe to Frank magazine when it was available for subscription. one issue they had a ditty about how lizzie may’s bunch ran a restaurant/hotel in the maritimes. guess where the untreated sewage went. yup. straight into the f*cked up Atlantic Ocean.
I hope, I REALLY REALLY hope and fully expect that fat mouthpiece is gonna get pasted in the election to the point she calls it quits and then hopefully takes the whole f*cked up astroturf party with her.

  21. I really thought the picture was one of you ‘creations’ Kate, and that you made it up just mock them…
    then I clicked…
    Oh my….

  22. Put her on an ice-flow to Greenland with all the other sea cows. No need to worry, with her blubber, even a whale is not thus equipped.

  23. Spot on, Mr. G. Environment is simply a cover for these communists who seek to destroy western civilisation without offering anything constructive to replace it.
Dizzy Lizzy is actually quiet appropriate as leader along with being another American import.

  24. I dropped my MP a line also, and sent Liz a copy, courteous to a fault, lol.

    Mr Kerr,
I find the following ad by the “Young Greens” of the Green Party of Canada offensive.
    http://youth.greenparty.ca/en/
As you are no doubt aware, the temperature trend since 1998 has flatlined, showing no rise, indeed even dropping steeply in 2007 and wiping out most of a century of gain, despite CO2 emissions worldwide reaching unprecedented levels as the Chinese open coal fired power plants at almost the same rate as new Tim Horton’s opened in Canada. At the same time the rate in the rise of the level of measured CO2 in the atmosphere has slowed, Antarctic sea ice just hit a satellite era melt season high extent, Arctic ice has rebounded from a 2007 low summer by over 20%, Tropical Storm indexes are at 30 year lows, growing seasons and harvests in both the Canadian and American west are shrinking due to extended spring frost seasons and early onset of fall weather, Saskatchewan had 9 straight months of lower than average temps, the sun seems to be stuck at solar minimum, etc….
The green side of the Science in 1998 proclaimed that all “natural forcings” could not account for the observed 1 degree rise in global temperature over the last 100 years, and that our CO2 emissions from the burning of fossil fuels were the only possible answer. The green side of the Science today is now acknowledging the natural forcings taking place are greater in magnitude than they believed possible, big enough to (gasp) actually reverse the steady rising trend that they have been predicting, but they now REALLY REALLY have it all worked out, and it’s worse than they thought and the natural forcings are only “masking” the real effects and we are already doomed….. But the Science has been settled for years and we must act now.
Indoctrination by mass hysteria should not be allowed in the political spectrum of tools, please ask for it’s removal.
I would be remiss if I did not thank both yourself and PM Harper for the principle and commitment shown on our behalf recently at the UN. Iran’s theocratic leadership is a farce and should not be allowed a world stage to promote their religiously fueled anti-Semitic view. That the UN provides him the platform to speak from says enough about that organization. I will not submit and live in Dhimmitude.
    Thank you

  25. One of the few good things that happened from 1945 to 1980 was the drastic reduction in real air pollution. The stuff which arrived and stuck on any external surface, and in your lungs. Sticky black nasty stuff, which created wonderful pictures, as per Monet (several views of London – the one in the National Gallery of Canada is around noon – that funny yellow object is the SUN, kiddies, full daylight in London smog).
One of the major steps was taken in Pittsburgh by
a CAPitalist, one of the Mellons (Paul?) who
announced one day in the 1940’s that Pittsburgh
would be cleaned up, or he would move his businesses elsewhere.

  26. Believe it or not I am glad that Sleazy May and her gang of idiots put out this crap. It shows the type of radical out of control insane nut jobs that they really are. So I say May keep up the tripe type, it will relegate you to a meager foot note in history and that can’t be all bad.

  27. What a horrible sight on our Sunday walk,I now have to look at her simple face on main street, Sidney won’t be the same.

  28. The fact that my hard-earned tax dollars are being used to keep this “political party” afloat is almost as nauseating as the misuse of tax dollars, on a grander scale, to fund the CBC.
This is sheer, utter madness and as soon as PMSH is given a majority, he must act quickly and decisively to drive these pigs from the public trough.

  29. Did Kinsella switch parties? Sounds like something he’d come up with. Elizabeth May has no class. Hopefully she remains without a seat next time too. Think she’d get the message?

  30. “The green party should be called the watermelon party.”
The green party should actually be called the stupid party – stupid on the inside, and stupid on the outside too!
