  1. No matter your politics, people want stimulation and information, not affirmation.
    How about just information ?

  2. Warning racist misogynistic questions follow:
Why are all the Acorn employees caught in the sting Black?
Are Black Female employees exlusively recruited because they are as a group the most skilled and experienced at cheating the system?

  3. soooooo, the only place preaching to the converted works is . . . is . . . . in the chuch, synagogue, mosque, temple, whatever.
I knew that about 25 years ago and walked away from that crapola about the same time.
with one brief revisting. and then I got an “affirmation” the decision back then was the correct one, and walked away for good in 2006.
now I just heckle the players from the sideline for entertainment value.

  4. And, curious george, I’m here to tell you, you haven’t been missed, not the first time, or the last.

and there it be Larry; the insidious exclusivity and classism I got in my early years coming from poor working class right in my face again courtesy all those pluperfect carisssstians. I don’t miss them so it looks like we got a win-win situation here.
that last (emphasis LAST) chuch I attended went thru some 5 pastors in I think it was about 8 or 10 years. they couldn’t take the backstabbing. one of them hailed all the way from Texas and left the ministry completely to go back to his earlier career in the U.S. Post Office.
that Lawrence is why I got few niceties to offer about organized religion; like politics, they ALL do it.

  6. Death by a dearth of ink or air drones, in the service of deception. All crying deceit in the hope of a Marxist dreamland. The now detested MSM,s dissipation from lies, is long due.

  7. The leftist media (and come on is there really any arguement anymore?) has so long called fair points by the right out of bounds, that it forced the right to get better (more so here in Canada where we just don’t have centrist, neve mind center right media) and simply hit better and better shots. Ones that could not be called out, particulary now that we have the blogosphere to check and replay their calls.
The right has become far more disciplined in their game due to horribly biased officiating by the media.
Years of having shots hit into the grandstands called as aces by the MSM has left the political left with virtually no game at all.
So they revert to the only game they have (and have only had for a long time) which is identity politics, the charge of racism, or just simply getting their MSM lackeys to ignore the story.
Except now every citizen has front row seats to the game and can interperet the action for themselves.
Unable to win on points, the left is hanging its chances for victory on the same crooked officiating they have enjoyed for years in the hopes that they can steal the trophy and get the hell out of the stadium before the crowd can react.
Only thng is now, thanks to the new media, they are going to meet a crowd outside the stadium that also watched them steal victory.

  8. curious george…I’m supposed to care about anything you say because why? Your mama may find your precious, I find you to be something completely different.

  9. ward at 1:48 AM : outstanding metaphor. I’d add instant replay and powerful zoom to the new media’s capability.
