I notice CBC “News” has had frigging Osama at the top of the page all morning. I’d actually like to see McCain win if only to have the pleasure of watching the media choke down a second shitburger in as many months.
So they do a segment last night, some writer/comedian? whose name I can’t recall starts off surprisingly even handed. However, within two minutes he’s saying an Obama election would be like the U.S. pulling a knife from its own eye socket. WTF?

I think even if Obama loses, the press will be all over him. They watch his every move and note every sigh. This kind of coverage is pathetic. My kingdom for him never to be seen on my screen again.

I got phoned by at least 3 different people at the CBC asking me for contacts on McCain supporters, where the Republican get-together was in Ottawa, and people who worked on the Republican campaign in Canada.
