Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

"The New York Times link to me yesterday [...] generated one-fifth of the traffic I normally get from a link from Small Dead Animals." - Kathy Shaidle
"You may be a nasty right winger, but you're not nasty all the time!" - Warren Kinsella
"Go back to collecting your welfare livelihood." - Michael E. Zilkowsky
Impressive. I wonder how many individual operations or “brushstrokes” were involved.
Never would have even though of it…. awesome!
Great bit of work although it does bring up that question: Is it considered art to copy another’s work?
Probably a redundant question given that a flank steak dress or road kill hanging in a tree is considered art worthy of government grants.
Finally, something decent on SDA! 😉
Very cool viddy.
I am waiting for the ” How to paint the Voice of Fire with Microsoft Paint” video. A lot fewer brush strokes, I would venture to say.
…wow, talk about talented.
Now that is an artist, like those 3D sidewalk painters or the guy who does stuff from the top down view with garbage bags and such.
The stuff I see around town (like board of education, or trees on Stephen Ave Mall) here in Calgary passing off as art is like a bad drug trip.
I just wish the dude would have spent the time creating something that didn’t already exist.
At any rate, the Juno Reactor song was also very cool…
Are you warm? Are you real, Mona Lisa? Or just a cold and lonely, lifeless work of art?
