Wow, that’s a really unfortunate scheduling conflict. On the very same day that Women Today of Huron are meeting, Men Yesterday of Moosonee are meeting in the adjacent BBQ pit.
There could be real fireworks, because both groups are looking for a contract coordinator with “thorough knowledge of violence against women.”
In the face of such a semantic mismatch, too much knowledge on either side can be a dangerous thing.
Especially when there’s beer and grilled meat on the table.

Funny, when I was in Whitehorse I saw more equality between the sexes than anywhere else. I saw women hauling their dogs, sleds, and hundreds of pounds of cargo across the boonies, gals killing and butchering their own moose, ladies running their own wilderness tour companies, and chicks being successful in almost every profitable business in Whitehorse.
Good thing they’re getting all this money to see how The Man ™ is keeping them down.
