It’s not just an immigration scam, I’ve seen various article stating something like 10% of children in N. America (and elsewhere I assume) are genetically unknown (how’s that for being sensitive) to the supposed father. There must be a good business opportunity for promoting DNA testing within maternity wards – to the “fathers” anyway.

John B: O didn’t say it was an “Imaginary” scam…in fact I’m aware of this scam being so entrenched in the “suggestions” immigration lawyers give their clients that I had to laugh at the fact we have a difinitive tool ot determing blood relative validity in immigration cases…and we are just getting around to using this tool now and only in select cases…it has been available for at least 10 years…I was laughing at the lack of will in immigration bureaucracy to use this tool regularly….or even as “who’s yer daddy” and say prove it.
