Litvinenko: Poisoning Or Smuggling?

As new sites contaminated with Polonium-210 continue to be found, Strata-Sphere has been following this “under the radar” story as it develops. A synopsis;

The Litvinenko story just took a major turn in the admission by authorities Litvinenko was poisoned over two (or more) exposures – something I predicted would be the case some time ago. Now that it is becoming clearer and clearer the Po-210 was being smuggled over 3 activities, each of which was attended by Litvinenko and Lugovoi, the evidence is pointing to a sophisticated smuggling effort. And it seems clear the material was being divvied up at hotels for transport to other destinations. The big question is where and for what purpose.

Be sure to read the earlier entries as well.

  1. Don’t some mules die from ingested drug packages that burst in the digestive system, just asking.

  2. Another big question:- Where is the stuff now?
    And a small one: – Why was this ex KGB rascal given British citizenship in what appears to be record time?
    Was he working for MI6 or MI5 or their big brothers in the US?
    It would be really good if our valiant journalists actually stopped repeating governmental and oligarch drivel and did some investigative reporting for a change.

  3. Both gathering storm and infidel bloggers alliance have been putting an argument together that Litvinenko was involved in smuggling nuclear materials into England for terrorist purposes. As a new Muslim, he’s far more likely to be radical. As a former KGB agent and connected to the Chechen rebels he’s able to make it happen. Both the CIA and MI6 were and still are warning of an imminent attack(s) in Britain.

  4. So, the polo[t](nium) thickens.
    Very interesting. There I was feeling VERY sorry for Litvinenko, and it turns out he may have been involved in a nefarious Muslim plot of some sort. (Did the MSM even breathe the fact that Litvinenko was a recent convert to Islam? Reading Kate’s thread is the first time I’ve heard this…)
    So, as Robert Harneis asks: Where is the stuff? And, why are our intrepid investigative reporters/journalists not being intrepid, informed, or independent? WHAT IS wrong with our MSM?
    I’ll answer my own question: Too many comfortable, overpaid, entitled, and nepotistic twits who were badly served by our who-cares-if-you-know-anything-we’ll-pass-you-anyway (mis)education system.

  5. I hope this gets further airing. It doesn’t make sense to assissinate someone with $30 million of Polonium.
    It does make sense if a smuggler or two got contaminated by the stuff accidentally.

  6. Responding to “been around the block: “Did the MSM even breathe the fact that Litvinenko was a recent convert to Islam”
    I am not going to defend the MSM, however I abhor perpetuation of misinformation and myths from any sphere. Time magazine (Canadian edition) reported Litvinenko’s purported conversion to Islam in their Dec 18th issue on page 17, in the Article entitled “The Spy Who Knew Too Much”. The alleged conversion appears in the first paragraph.
    Just want to keep the criticisms fair.
