  1. Interesting how they reveal their sense of humour about a theft that would enrage anybody. Car stereo stolen, probably broke the car window to get in. Speculation: this sounds like a young couple who are in love and who laugh together. Just taking the iniative to post their remote control on E-bay is a good sign.

  2. We still need to severely punish the thieves after all the laughing. I laughed too, but that’s another story. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. As a Canadian who loves Canada, I also love our neighbour so don’t get PO’d at me, George W., but what possible title could you use to describe this other than…?
    STUPID AMERICAN WOMEN
    (Door-to-door tattoo salesman?)

  4. But did-ja read the line that said you can come and pick up the remote and the CD’s for free? You can have a couple of 12 gauge shells at the same time. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  5. WWT, problem is with our kangaroo courts if the owners threaten the thieves with a gun or heaven forbit shoot them with a registered firearm, they will end up in jail.
Now if it was unregistered they might get off with a warning…

  6. OK, I laughed too ๐Ÿ˜‰
Reminds me of a friend (a former Reform candidate from the ’97 election) who had his laptop stolen from his rental car while in London England.
Once back in Canada, he searched eBay for it and found it, and placed a winning bid on it. He then contacted the London police and they went and picked up the laptop along with the thief.
My friend then flew back to London and provided evidence in court that got the guy convicted. Some of the evidence included private info on the hard drive detailing letters from his Conservative MP.
Another one for the good guys!
