Non-chinese means everybody that isn’t Chinese, and thats precisely what they are referring to. Whats the assumption, that at the time that everybody that wasn’t Chinese was white? Gimme a break. Overreacting over percieved political correctness is almost as bad as overuse of political correctness.

These politicians in Ottawa are commiting crimes against humanity.
What is BIOTERRORISM when our lives and rights have been terrorized by some politicians, who don’t know what does it mean a right to life?
